The Healthcare Assistant will play a fundamental role in providing essential support to the healthcare professionals and ensuring the well-being and medical needs of inmates within the facility.</p><p>As part of our commitment to your lifelong learning we offer the care certificate to all our unregistered health care professionals. This is the start of your education and training with us and forms part of a robust induction programme giving you the fundamental evidence-based training to support you in your role with us.</p><p>The Care Certificate is an agreed set of standards that define the knowledge, skills and behaviours we expect of specific job roles in health and social care services.</p><p>You will also have the opportunity to then build and develop your skills and knowledge through the Trainee Nursing Associate programme and qualify as an NMC registered Nursing Associate.</p><p>The role will include 11.75 hour day shiftswith flexible work days.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 0.6wte 8b clinical/counselling/forensic psychologist to provide clinical leadership to the male inpatient pathway at Hellesdon Hospital, which comprises of two wards and a total of 33 beds. You will be joining our well-established psychology team working across the largest acute service in NSFT that comprises of five inpatients wards, 3 of which are part of the new build, and a crisis resolution home treatment team; there is also likely to be one more ward opening by the end of this year. </p> <p>Within the role you will be helping to provide psychological clinical leadership, regarding MDT decision making, risk management and reduction in restrictive interventions. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team colleagues, helping to inform and engage the teams in more psychological ways of thinking and formulating our service users. You will work alongside other psychology colleagues to aid smooth transition and coherent treatment/management plans for service users across the inpatient service line and back into wider community services.</p> <p>You will provide supervision and line management to other members of the psychology team within the male pathway that includes a full time 8a clinical psychologist, B7 art therapist and assistant psychologist. This will include ensuring adherence to evidence base practice, outcome measures and audit data.</p>

  <p>The work is challenging, fast paced and rewarding; our psychology team come with a range of specialist interests and therapy expertise and have strong links to the UEA doctorate course. They must have the ability to listen and respond, processing information quickly and accurately into the Computer Aided Dispatch system. Customer service skills are important and the ability to remain calm and supportive as some callers will be experiencing significant distress and trauma, including the loss of a loved one. Being able to remain focused on giving the right advice and support despite experiencing the emotions of others is a real skill and strong calm communication is required. </p> <p>All the training and mentoring you will need to undertake this role will be provided - no clinical experience is required; however, we do ask that you read the pre employment guidance which will support you when you commence training.</p> <p>All of the instructions and advice you will be giving to callers/patients is managed through a triage tool, it is intuitive and will present to you at the right time.</p> <p>No clinical experience is required, and although some call-centre experience would be an advantage, it is not essential.</p>

<p>Job Title: Psychologist (ADOS-2) - Norwich</p><p>Location: Norwich, Norfolk (Hybrid)</p><p>Role: Permanent </p><p> Salary: £55,000 - £110,000 per annum (depending on experience)</p><p>Start: ASAP</p><p>Our client is an award-winning, NHS and HSE approved practice dedicated to providing high-quality psychological care across the UK and Ireland. </p><p>They provide high-quality services to clients across the UK and Ireland, including neurodevelopmental and psychological assessments for adults and children as well as expert witness assessments for the courts and parole boards, assessments in criminal/prison law, family law, immigration law, and medico-legal cases. They have a proven track record of providing high quality assessments and delivering on HSE / NHS contracts.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p> This is an exciting and valuable role within a busy service, providing invaluable assessments to families and adults. This is a hybrid or remote role for suitably qualified clinicians working within the Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team for children referred for autism and/ or ADHD assessments via HSE / NHS Patient choice and their GP. </p><p>Some aspects of the role may be undertaken remotely.
