Homeless Outreach Mental Health Nurse (Band 5)

Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 5 Mental Health Homeless Nurse (RMN) to join the Manchester Mental Health and Homeless Team. Newly created post, open to newly qualified or current Band 5 nurses seeking community experience, with dedicated preceptorship and senior support.

You will work under supervision to manage a caseload of individuals within your scope, developing skills with a trauma-informed, multidisciplinary team and strengthening links with
