Education Mental Health Practitioner: Transforming Student Wellbeing

Wight Healthcare is seeking an Education Mental Health Professional to join our Mental Health Support Team in Hampshire, serving Fareham and surrounding areas.

You will work with children and young people in schools and the community, delivering CBT-based interventions under supervision and undertaking mental health assessments, including risk assessments. You will help develop and deliver whole-school approaches for emotional wellbeing.
