Director of Performance Insight and Data Analytics

The Director of performance Insight and Data Analytics will provide visionary leadership in shaping and executing a comprehensive data and analytics strategy for Primary Care Services, spanning NHS, Workplace Health, and Private markets.
This role will define the organisation’s approach to data governance, integration, and intelligence, ensuring that insight is systematically embedded into strategic decision-making, population health improvement, market positioning, and service transformation.

Working alongside the IT Director, this role acts as the architect for our enterprise data and analytics capability. You will manage data platforms and performance insight tools while establishing key partnerships in every market. The ultimate goal is to drive efficiency, foster growth, and create a lasting competitive advantage.
