Norfolk and Waveney Mind in Norwich is hiring a part-time Crisis Support Worker for the Short Stay Recovery House. You will work 22.5 hours per week across a two-week rota, including weekends, with shifts 8:00-16:00 and 15:30-23:00; the pattern will be discussed at interview.
The role supports people in crisis to develop safety plans, assess risk, complete admissions and recovery paperwork, and run individual and group recovery sessions to help guests progress.
