Community Mental Health Nurse - Older Adults (Part-Time)

Poole Community Mental Health Team for Older Persons is recruiting a Community Mental Health Nurse to provide person-centred, holistic care to older adults with severe mental illness or organic mental illness.

The ideal candidate will carry a defined caseload, work within an MDT, and develop clinical assessment skills while prioritising risk management. A fixed-term role with potential secondment offers and opportunities to learn in a supportive team.
