Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse & Care Coordinator

EPUT is seeking a motivated Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Colchester-based Community Mental Health Team. You will deliver high-quality care to adults with complex needs in the community, coordinating assessments, planning and evidence-based interventions within a multidisciplinary setting.

You will work under supervision of the Team Lead, supervise junior staff, and draw on colleagues from Social Work, OT, Psychology and more. Relocation and generous benefits are available.
