Assistant Psychologist (Imperial London)

This full time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until end November 2026. Applications for secondments will be considered subject to agreement from your current line manager.

This post is offered as a fixed term contract and is funded by MORE KARE until 30 November 2026.

The starting salary will be from £30,878 to £32,080 on Grade D, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on site at the clinical research site at Imperial Clinical Trials Unit, London and some from home.

Position Overview

The Faculty wishes to recruit Assistant Psychologists to provide essential frontline support to trial NHS site teams and Principal Investigators, and deliver the trial psychological therapy to participants. The role ensures the trial activities are delivered to participants. The post will involve delivering the therapy and research for the study at Imperial Clinical Trials Unit and be based within Imperial College London Psychedelic Research Group at the Hammersmith Hospital, London.

About You

The role would be suited to an enthusiastic and highly organised individual who is committed to ensuring that the objectives of the MORE KARE trial are achieved.

The successful applicant will be able educated to degree level. Applicants will ideally hold a degree in Psychology or have an equivalent qualification/experience.
