All NQSWs are expected to successfully complete their ASYE within two years of employment, unless there are exceptional circumstances--in which case it may be extended for a further two years.</p> <p>If you have been appointed to an advertised Band 6 role, this will be an automatic progression following confirmation of your successful ASYE completion.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Band 6 clinician will work shifts including evenings and weekends, but we are pleased to confirm that night shifts are no longer required. Our service now operates between 07:30 and 22:00, and we support flexible working arrangements, including the ability to request specific shifts. We welcome full-time and part-time applications and are happy to consider flexible working agreements.</p> <p>The Band 6 will have a role leading the team.</p> <p>Within this role they may:</p> <ul>  <li>Triage referrals to the service and make recommendations.</li>  <li>Complete holistic psychosocial assessments within the community.</li>  <li>Complete gatekeeping assessments to facilitate admission when home treatment is not felt to be a viable / safe option.</li>  <li>Attend Mental Health Act assessments on Bluebell Place of Safety, and formulate home treatment plans if home treatment is indicated.</li>  <li>Implement Risk Management and Care Plans for the effective home treatment of Service Users utilising least restrictive practice at every opportunity.</li>  <li>Support with medication management and concordance within community.</li>  <li>Provide telephone support to service users who ring in during times of crisis.</li>  <li>Provide supervision to Band 4 colleagues.</li> </ul> <p>There will be a comprehensive induction to the role and a supported period of supernumerary to aid with transition. </p> <p><strong>Please see attached Job Description file for a full list of duties and responsibilities.</strong></p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an empathetic and motivated Associate Practitioner to join the multi award-winning Integrated Access Partnership (IAP).</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This is a rotational post within the IAP, with opportunities to work across all bases, including; the Ambulance Service clinical hub (SWAST, Bradley Stoke, Bristol), NHS 111 Mental Health Clinical Assessment Service (Brisdoc, Whitchurch, Bristol).</p>
<p>Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, helping to assess and support individuals experiencing mental health crisis is incredibly rewarding. You will be working alongside emergency and urgent care services and will be assessing people of all ages, whatever their mental health difficulty at the first point of contact. The majority of this work is telephone based but there will be the opportunity for face to face engagement in the community.</p>
<p>Our aim is to provide direct access to mental health services, providing a timely response, which improves the outcome and experience for service users.</p>
<p>The IAP are an innovative team who strive to provide compassionate and person centred care to those accessing our service.</p>

  <p>Northumberland Talking Therapies has an exciting opportunity to recruit a qualified PWP who holds accreditation with either the BABCP or BPS and is keen to develop their skills and experience within our
organisation, working to
deliver low intensity service provision to residents from the Northumberland
area. The position can be offered as a minimum of 22.5 hours or up to and including full time. You will be based in one of our Northumberland offices, but this is a hybrid position with home working options available.</p><p>The
post-holder will work within a service where caseload is monitored on booked
appointments, and which offers fantastic progression opportunities from supervisor

<li>This is an opportunity for qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) who will be two years post-qualification by January 2026.</li>
<li>You will have completed the one-year EMHP Postgraduate Diploma</li>

<p>The KCL CYP MH Low Intensity Advanced Practice PGDip Course (for Senior Wellbeing Practitioners) start date is Monday 26th January 2026.</p>

MHST Senior Wellbeing Practitioner

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Gloucestershire Mental Health Support Team for the recruitment of Qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner's (EMHP) or Children's Wellbeing Practitioners.</p>
<p>In line with the government's priority to increase access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people, the EMHP role is an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and healthcare sectors.</p>
<p>Successful candidates will be employed on a full-time basis based within Gloucestershire, and will play a key role as members of the Mental Health Support Team, who will have the responsibility for delivering schools' overarching approach to providing mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people.</p>
<p>Potential candidates will have already successfully completed the HEE commissioned 1yr 'Education Mental Health Practitioner' course or the equivalent 'Children's Wellbeing Practitioner' course.</p>
<p>As part of this role there may be a requirement to travel across the localities.</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHS Northumberland Talking Therapies to appoint a cohort of Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to be based within the Northumberland area and study through Teesside University.</p><p>The post will involve office based working. This is a Northumberland wide post, the primary base is likely to be either Morpeth, Blyth or Cramlington but you may be expected to travel to other bases around Northumberland.</p><p>The post will include one evening shift per week.</p><p>Progression from a Band 4 to a Band 5 will be dependent on you successfully completing the course.   <p>We offer free psychological treatment for the people of Northumberland for depression and anxiety.
