University days will be hybrid training with a combination of remote and face-to-face teaching. Whilst your clinical practice is likely to include some remote working, you will be required to attend one of the service area offices for part of the week. Depending on where you are based, you may be expected to work one late shift per week from 12:00pm-8:00pm.&nbsp; University teaching blocks are as follows: Online induction - Wednesday 4th March 1st teaching block - 9th - 13th March and 16th - 20th March 2nd teaching block - 15th - 19th June and 22nd - 26th June 3rd teaching block 31st August - 4th Sept 4th teaching block 12th - 16th October You will provide High Intensity CBT interventions recommended by NICE to clients with moderate to severe common mental health disorders and will receive weekly supervision provided by both the university and the workplace. Trainee High Intensity Therapist - Nottingham/University of Lincoln

Reporting to the Operational Lead, the Operational Team Manager will play a key role in the leadership and day-to-day operational management of our Corporate Talking Therapies service. This role is integral in ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services through effective coordination of staff, resources, and clinical best practices. You will line manage a team of clinical therapists, providing regular management through monthly meetings, quarterly check-ins, and annual appraisals. A core part of your role will involve managing team performance, collaborating closely with senior clinicians, operational leaders, and clinical supervisors to support continuous professional development and uphold service standards. You will take a lead role in the onboarding of new team members, support the interview process, and ensure a smooth induction experience. In addition, you will coordinate and communicate CPD training opportunities, and act as the liaison for team members who are off sick, maintaining communication with HR and other relevant departments.
