  <p>We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and friendly interdisciplinary Therapy Team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 7 team lead in the Medical team.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This post holder will have their own caseload of complex medical in patients. They will provide clinical and managerial support to the therapy team working in specialty areas including infectious diseases, cardiology and respiratory medicine. Part of this role is to provide expert input to improve patient outcomes, facilitate discharge planning and provide supervision to the band 5 OT, students and Therapy Assistants. They will receive regular supervision and peer support as well as have opportunities for study, leadership and in-house training.</p> <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and experienced Occupational Therapist who has significant experience of working with people with a variety of medical conditions. Applicants must demonstrate a broad knowledge of treatment strategies, have excellent and advanced communication skills and demonstrate a flexible and positive approach. They should have the ability to work well in a team and to plan and run a project.</p>

  <p><strong>The Community Therapy Service team in Wallingford is looking for an enthusiastic clinician with an interest in Mental Health to join the team as a Senior Band 6 in a part time capacity of 30 hours per week.</strong></p> <p><strong>Could this be you?</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a senior clinician with a mental health background, who is enthusiastic to develop their clinical practice within innovative and supportive multidisciplinary teams, treating patients in their own homes.</p> <p>The Community Therapy Service aims to provide high quality integrated therapy services working as a key member of the community MDT . We work closely with other multidisciplinary team members, social services and voluntary organisations for adults with a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.</p>

  <p>As a Mental Health Practitioner - Physiotherapist you will provide high quality mental health rehabilitation to patents referred to or within the Community Therapy Service (CTS). You will use your expertise to help support other CTS practitioners achieve rehabilitation goals. In addition to this you will be supporting our community response physical health pathway.</p>
<p>You will also work closely with the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) to minimise duplication, maximise efficiency and facilitate a seamless pathway between the two services for the patient understanding the roles and responsibilities of the clinicians for establishing and delivering a care plan for the patient.</p>

Hospices provides specialist care and support to families who have a baby,

Care Events Team provide an extensive programme of groups and events for the 800
life limited children, their families and bereaved families. There are themed
family events, social groups for siblings of different ages, pamper days for
mums, counselling groups, bereavement cafe, memorial days and many festive
events such as ice skating at Hampton Court. Taking place at our hospices and
in the communities we serve, there are 5 to 6 events each week, offering important
opportunities for families to make memories together.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The
Care Events Manager is responsible for the delivery and oversight of the annual programme of events. The Care Event Manager
leads the <em>Care Events Team</em>, including an Events Assistant, Events
Management Intern, Counsellor and care events volunteers, and working with family
support workers, childrens therapists and counsellors to deliver an incredible
programme of creative and inclusive experiences. The Care Events Manager works
alongside the Lead Therapist and Lead Counsellor to ensure that family support
at Shooting Star Childrens Hospices is everything the children and families
need it to be.</p><p>At a weekly meeting, the team are made aware of children
and family members who are struggling and think together about where they might
benefit from the opportunity to spend time with others who share similar
experiences or receive group therapy. Utilising professional events management
skills, each event is planned meticulously to be a safe and inviting space.
Providing this opportunity for families is integral to their mental wellbeing.</p>

  <p>We are seeking a Clinical Specialist Renal Dietitian to work in our multi-disciplinary therapy team. Lead by a Clinical Lead Renal Dietitian and Clinical Lead Renal Occupational Therapist, the team is made of dietitians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and therapy assistants - across inpatient and outpatient settings. Our team supports people living with chronic kidney disease and urological conditions across three wards based at The Royal Free Hospital site, and 5 outpatient centres for low clearance, dialysis and transplantation. This role is a full time role based predominantly off site in the renal outpatient setting on our Haemodialysis units.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for someone who has a passion for supporting patients living with Chronic Kidney Disease. Whilst previous renal experience within Dialysis is desirable; we are keen to support dietitians who may have had exposure to renal inpatients and advanced Kidney Care, and value strong transferrable skills such as autonomous management of people with complex nutritional diagnoses, delivering patient centered care and working effectively within an MDT. Experience supporting the development of junior staff will be highly regarded, as will skills in quality improvement, service evaluation or audit. This post offers a great opportunity to join a well established renal team!</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for Occupational Therapists with experience of working with young people and their families to work in Tri-borough CAMHS. This is a full-time Band 7 permanent post in the CAMHS Alliance service.</p>
<p>We are on a significant journey of transformation in the quality of services provided, through greater co-production with service users and carers, and addressing long-standing inequalities. Increasingly, we are leading and collaborating closely with integrated care partnerships including working towards giving a stronger voice to some of the most vulnerable people in society.</p>

  <p>The Alliance Crisis Team serves 3 key pathways:</p> <p>o Acute Trust and out of hours' serviceo Intensive community support/ Home Treatment service &amp; Post A&amp;E Reviewo Intensive community support/Home Treatment + service with Tier 3 CAMHs interface and Tier 4 diversion/Tier 4 step down</p> <p>The post holders will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, holding a clinical caseload and undertaking the comprehensive assessment of children and young people with mental health needs (including risk assessment and the development of risk management plans) who present in crisis to CAMH Services, hospitals and sites covered by the Alliance Crisis Care.</p> <p>In addition to providing direct work to families and young people, the post holders will also assist the CAMHS and/or paediatrics team with treatment planning and provide consultation to families/carers and other professionals involved in the life of the young person.</p> <p>The post holder will participate in delivering the provision of specialist mental health services to children and young people and their families and carers across the West London NHS Trust 3 Boroughs CAMH Service and crisis pathway.</p>
