Your key responsibilities will include:<ol> <li>Personalised Coaching: Provide tailored coaching sessions that cater to individual student needs, helping them to develop their athletic skills and confidence.</li><li>Team Building: Foster teamwork and cooperation through group sports activities, encouraging positive interaction and collaboration among students.</li><li>Physical Development: Promote physical health and fitness, encouraging students to lead active, healthy lifestyles both in and out of school.</li><li>Positive Behaviour Reinforcement: Use sports as a medium to promote discipline, perseverance, and respect, ensuring a positive impact on students' behaviour and attitudes.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and school staff to integrate sports into the overall educational experience, supporting students' physical and emotional development.</li></ol> Requirements:<ul> <li>Previous experience as a Sports Coach or in a similar role, particularly working with young people.</li><li>A passion for physical education and a genuine desire to help students improve their fitness, teamwork, and personal skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.</li><li>Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.</li><li>Experience with behaviour management techniques is desirable.
