  <p><strong>We are looking for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to work alongside an integrated mental health team based at HMP Full Sutton.</strong></p><p>Rethink Mental Illness work alongside Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV) and Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust to deliver an integrated stepped care mental health service within HMP Full Sutton.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will work as part of
an integrated primary care mental health team within the Prison to provide high
volume, low intensity interventions which will be a range of cognitive
behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-management interventions, for clients with
mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
This includes providing guided self-help in both 1:1 and group formats,
in line with the current Step 2 IAPT guidelines. I am an accredited PWP, either with BPS or BABCP</p><p>You will also work

  <p>The team compromises a range of highly skilled professionals who work collaboratively to provide the highest quality of care for those with mental health needs within the prison and for Rethink Mental Illness employees, this is carried out between 0800 1600 Monday to Friday.</p><p>You will work as part of an integrated care mental health team delivering Step 1 interventions, working alongside other professionals to support the mental health of the prison population.The team support people with a common mental health problem in the self-management of their recovery, building a professional relationship of trust in a non-judgmental manner with every client as a basis for developing and enabling therapeutic relationships.This ranges from providing informal information, support, and signposting, facilitating group activities and forums, to developing and training Peer Mentors and delivering service user engagement activities. Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>Providing a primary care mental health service, to those adults in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (STW). The post-holder will work as a member of a locality team within the (STW) Psychological Therapies Service, providing effective evidence-based therapies.</p>
<p>The post holder will be part of an NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) service and will provide high intensity interventions using IAPT approved psychotherapeutic modalities. These may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), Couples Therapy for Depression (CTfD), and Behavioural Couples Therapy (BCT) as recommended by NICE. The post holder will work with clients who have a range of difficulties including depression and anxiety disorders for which the IAPT modality is demonstrated to be clinically effective.</p>
<p>The service offers a stepped care model to a range of mental health issues using evidenced based, NICE approved approaches. The post-holder will work within the IAPT service providing high intensity interventions, providing a high intensity service to clients with a range of complex problems. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities and equality of access to treatment.</p>

  <p>We're looking for an experienced, BABCP accredited CBT Therapist to join our welcoming and dynamic CAMHS team in West Sussex. You should have a strong background in working therapeutically with children, young people and families, and demonstrable experience of providing supervision within CAMHS or CYP services. It would be desirable for candidates to have a CBT supervision training qualification, and some experience of teaching, training and leadership.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a senior member of the West Sussex CAMHS team, you would participate in the core multi-disciplinary assessment and intervention work of the team and engage in multi-agency liaison work as necessary. You would also be required to participate in the supervision, training and the overall governance requirements of SPFT CAMHS.</p> <p>While holding a small clinical caseload, you will provide support and supervision to a growing CBT workforce and contribute to our CBT leadership team across the wider Sussex CAMHS service, regarding innovative ways of developing our CBT offer. In particular, this role would support new CBT trainees in placement while they undertake their training at Kings College London.
