  <p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic psychologist to join two innovative services in Swindon: the Primary Care Complex Emotional Needs Service (PC CEN) and the Primary Care Liaison Service (PCLS). This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills, contribute to service development, and deliver impactful psychological care within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.</p> <p>The role is designed to span both services, though we would consider applicants who are interested in applying for either part of the role.PC CEN provides brief psychological support for individuals experiencing emotional and relational difficulties, often associated with personality disorder. With new investment, the service is expanding to include support for people with complex PTSD who may not meet criteria for secondary mental health services.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This role is currently structured as three days per week in PC CEN and two days per week in PCLS. However, we would consider applicants who are interested in applying for either part of the role.</p>
<p>As PC CEN Psychologist, you will lead the locality team as the service expands, overseeing therapists and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners (MHWPs) to deliver safe, evidence-based interventions for clients with complex emotional needs and complex PTSD. You will also provide these interventions to a small caseload of service users.</p>
<p>As PCLS Psychologist, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, formulation, brief interventions, and signposting for a wide range of mental health presentations. This part of the role is linked to the Swindon Psychological Therapies Service (PTS), which includes a trainee Clinical Associate Psychologist (CAP) and is actively developing its psychological offer.</p>

Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>Providing a primary care mental health service, to those adults in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (STW). The post-holder will work as a member of a locality team within the (STW) Psychological Therapies Service, providing effective evidence-based therapies.</p>
<p>The post holder will be part of an NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) service and will provide high intensity interventions using IAPT approved psychotherapeutic modalities. These may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), Couples Therapy for Depression (CTfD), and Behavioural Couples Therapy (BCT) as recommended by NICE. The post holder will work with clients who have a range of difficulties including depression and anxiety disorders for which the IAPT modality is demonstrated to be clinically effective.</p>
<p>The service offers a stepped care model to a range of mental health issues using evidenced based, NICE approved approaches. The post-holder will work within the IAPT service providing high intensity interventions, providing a high intensity service to clients with a range of complex problems. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities and equality of access to treatment.</p>

We carry out multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental assessments and provide psychoeducation and therapy for children and young people at our clinic in Norwich. We are a recognised provider of NHS Right to Choose services in Norfolk and Waveney. We have a team of employed and associate clinicians and this role has been developed specifically to support our existing senior clinicians (who also work part time) in managing our team of employed clinical psychologists, assistant psychologists and trainees from the UEA. There is also the opportunity to join the senior management team in shaping the future direction of the company. This would be an ideal role for an experienced clinical psychologist who is seeking a more flexible role where there is the opportunity to balance workload and professional development (we are happy to talk about flexible work hours and will even consider a term time only contract).   <p>The role will provide a flexible mix of clinical work (both assessment and therapy), supervision and management and the opportunity to be part of the wider senior management team shaping and developing the future direction of the company. Many of our cases are complex and we need someone with a good understanding of autism, ADHD and joint presentations, who also brings substantial knowledge of trauma, attachment difficulties, and mental health challenges.   <p>We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic psychologist to join our busy multi-disciplinary Sunderland South Tyneside Children and Young People's Service. The post is based in the South Tyneside team neurodevelopmental assessment pathway. There will also be opportunities to work into the mental health pathway.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Within the neurodevelopmental assessment team you will be responsible for leading assessment and formulation of complex presentations, exploring possible neurodevelopmental vulnerabilities and/or disorder as well as thoroughly considering wider factors and comorbidity. Our assessments provide thorough profiling of young people's strengths, needs and difficulties helping to ensure that they have access to the most appropriate understanding and supports as they develop and grow. We are ideally looking for a clinician who has knowledge and training in neurodevelopmental assessment skills and who is able to put the young person and their family at the centre of every assessment. The successful candidate will be supported in developing specialist skills that are relevant to this role, for example completing training in ADOS assessment.</p> <p>Within the mental health pathway we deliver a range of psychological therapies including CBT, EMDR, Family Therapy, Art Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to further develop their psychological therapies skills through co-working and robust supervision.</p>

  <p>Oxleas are seeking to recruit a clinically skilled, innovative and experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to provide clinical and professional leadership across our Intensive Case Management for Psychosis (ICMP), Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP), and Community Mental Health Rehabilitation and Enablement Service (CMHRES) Teams, in the London Brough of Bexley based in Erith. Bexley ICMP is a multi-disciplinary mental health team working within the psychosis pathway within a secondary care community mental health setting.</p> <p>The post holder will work alongside another Principal Psychologist, and Consultant Clinical Psychologist in taking a locality leading role in managing the provision of psychological therapy in the team and join the team manager and consultant psychiatrist in forming the senior clinical team to provide clinical leadership to the ICMP team.</p> <p>The post would be suitable to current 8A's (with at least 3.5 years post qualified experience) or 8B's with relevant experience and transferable skills who have a specialist interest in psychosis.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>A central component of the post will be taking an operational leadership role in further developing the role and remit of psychological therapy in the service. This would encompass support and oversight of referral screening as well as waiting list management, supervision and consultation to the wider team. Service development and innovation are embraced and 3rd sector working, training and working across service transitions would all form aspects of the leadership part of the role.</p> <p>The post will also ensure clinical time for the provision of highly specialised psychological therapy. Specialist training in a particular modality, as well as supervisory training in these, will be highly desirable eg CBTp, FiP, EMDR.</p> <p>The ICMP psychology team is comprised of a band 4 Assistant Psychologist, band 7 and 8a psychological therapists, as well as input from an Art Psychotherapist and Family Therapist, and a borough wide service lead Consultant Psychologist. Doctoral trainee and honorary placement supervision are also encouraged and the services maintain close links with the Salomons DClinPsy Doctoral Program.   <p>We're looking for an experienced, BABCP accredited CBT Therapist to join our welcoming and dynamic CAMHS team in West Sussex. You should have a strong background in working therapeutically with children, young people and families, and demonstrable experience of providing supervision within CAMHS or CYP services. It would be desirable for candidates to have a CBT supervision training qualification, and some experience of teaching, training and leadership.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a senior member of the West Sussex CAMHS team, you would participate in the core multi-disciplinary assessment and intervention work of the team and engage in multi-agency liaison work as necessary. You would also be required to participate in the supervision, training and the overall governance requirements of SPFT CAMHS.</p> <p>While holding a small clinical caseload, you will provide support and supervision to a growing CBT workforce and contribute to our CBT leadership team across the wider Sussex CAMHS service, regarding innovative ways of developing our CBT offer. In particular, this role would support new CBT trainees in placement while they undertake their training at Kings College London. You would also help support our team with the implementation of new treatment pathways, so you would make good use of any specialist interests in working with OCD, PTSD, anxiety and depression.</p> <p>You'd part of a very busy but lively and welcoming CAMHS team, working alongside psychiatrists, nurses, OTs, social workers, psychologists and systemic, art and child psychotherapists.
