  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our developing Neighbourhood Mental Health Team (NMHT) in Wigan (previously called Living Well).</p> <p>Wigan Community Mental Health services are going through an exciting period of change in line with Community Transformation. The NMHT is friendly, supportive and innovative integrated secondary care team. The Neighbourhood population are often a cohort of people who are often perceived as not suitable, too complicated for the current structures or fall though the gaps.</p> <p>We are values driven and use our values to guide our decision making.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will increase the levels of psychological support and care provided to people who access the service. You will provide psychological assessment, formulation and brief interventions/groups to people supported by the NMHT. You will also offer supervision, consultation, training and reflective practice groups to support all staff to work in a psychologically-informed way. As the NMHT is a developing and changing service, there will be ongoing opportunities for service development, audit and evaluation.</p> <p>There will be opportunity for the role to be developed by the successful candidate to fit the needs of the Wigan population. You will be supported by the team Principal Clinical Psychologist and NMHT Management team.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will have responsibility for supporting the Step 2 team alongside established Lead PWPs and the Senior Management team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical supervision, line management and skills development of the Step 2 workforce, ensuring that a high quality, accessible service is provided to our patients. You will support specific areas of service development and partnership work with external providers. You will also maintain a small clinical caseload and provide Guided Self Help interventions to support the development of your clinical skills.</p>
<p>We're looking for someone who is organised, forward-thinking and solution focussed, with plenty of enthusiasm and motivation, and who works well in a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.</p>

<p>With the emphasis on patient-centred and community-based care, there has never been a better time to join our team. Working alongside our occupational and physio therapists, you will help provide these patients with improved access to cognitive behavioural therapies either one-to- one or in a group, alongside helping your colleagues deliver their management interventions.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a respiratory therapy assistant practitioner, you will deliver excellent patient care along a care pathway across organisationalboundaries. Your role will involve supporting your senior colleagues to deliver individualised treatment plans for patients with complexrespiratory conditions.You will work alongside your allied health professional colleagues to deliver our recently established symptom management programmein a 1-1 and group setting.
