  <p>You will be joining the team at an exciting time of real development as the service works together to improve services for people who have an eating disorder. You will benefit from working with an enthusiastic, hardworking and supportive team who are committed to delivering high quality NICE compliant psychological therapies to people of all ages with an eating disorder. The post holder will receive regular supervision and professional support from either a psychologist or CBT therapist. The service is committed to training and development of staff and you would be supported to access training in eating disorder specific CBT models, if required.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be expected to deliver low intensity CBT interventions mainly focused on the eating disorder. Interventions will be offered in both 1:1 and group formats.</p>
<p>Applications will be welcome from suitably qualified Associate Psychological Practitioners, who have completed the Postgraduate Diploma Associate Psychological Practitioner (PGDip APP).</p>

  <p><strong>An exciting opportunity has become available within the Inclusion substance misuse team at HMP Stocken. We are recruiting for a full time band 5 Substance Misuse Practitioner.</strong></p>
<p>Come and join a busy vibrant team supporting men with recovery from substances at HMP Stocken. You will be working with a case load of men, supporting them through psychosocial treatment for their substance misuse.</p>
<p>HMP Stocken is a male Cat C prison and the Inclusion SMS team support the population by offering support for drug/alcohol issues.</p>
<p>You would be joining a busy, established team who would support you in your new role. This is an energetic role for an individual who is passionate about providing good quality substance misuse support within a busy and rewarding environment. The variety of the role will keep things fresh and stimulating whilst being part of a supportive team with effective management providing supervision and guidance.</p>
  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As part of the Inclusion Substance Misuse Team you would hold a case load of service users and appropriately manage your time to support their pathway through treatment, building care plans to support the service users throughout their journey.</p>
<p>Your main duties will include completing assessments and care planning, 1:1 structured work, delivering group interventions, supporting men through detox, comprehensive case notes, report writing and supporting men to achieve their care plan targets.</p>

<p>The post offers a diverse range of experience working with people with complex mental health difficulties. You will join a friendly and supportive group of psychologists in the locality and there will be opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills through CPD. The trust has an enviable care pathways system which values Psychology, Psychotherapy and the Arts Psychotherapies. There are opportunities to train in DBT, CBT for psychosis, family interventions, CBT for personality disorders and structured clinical management.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p><strong>Variety:</strong> You will have the chance to work with a wide range of complex presentations including affective disorders, psychosis, and personality, and using a variety of methods and approaches. With assessments, individual therapies, group therapies, family interventions, MDT working, complex case meetings, indirect interventions using a Positive Behaviour Support framework, and supervision all part of the role, it's safe to say that no two days will feel the same! Many of our Psychologists in acute services find that the switching really helps to stay energised.</p>
<p><strong>Fast-paced:</strong> You will get to be reflexive; formulating problems, identifying with teams when attempted solutions create a new or different problem, and supporting teams to remove barriers to discharge and supporting people to have an independent and personally meaningful life outside of hospital.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

You`re passionate about early intervention and ready to grow into a role that shapes the future of mental health support for children and young people.</p> <p>To succeed in this role, you will need:</p> <ul>  <li><strong>A core professional or clinical qualification</strong>&nbsp;(e.g. EMHP, PMHW, Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker)</li>  <li><strong>Evidence of continued professional development</strong></li>  <li>A&nbsp;<strong>Postgraduate Certificate in Supervision</strong>&nbsp;(or willingness to complete it during the role)</li>  <li><strong>Two years post-qualification experience</strong>&nbsp;working therapeutically with children and young people</li>  <li><strong>Experience of line management and/or delivering clinical supervision</strong></li>  <li><strong>CBT-informed supervision experience</strong>, ideally within education settings</li>  <li><strong>Experience in community and/or educational environments</strong></li>  <li><strong>Strong safeguarding and risk management skills</strong></li>  <li><strong>Excellent leadership, communication, and time management abilities</strong></li>  <li><strong>Flexibility to work year-round as part of a dynamic, responsive team</strong></li>  <li><strong>A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle</strong></li> </ul> <p>Desirable attributes include&nbsp;postgraduate therapeutic qualifications, mentorship experience, and prior leadership within children and young people`s services.
