Our service is part of the national programme of NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depresssion in adults. We provide low and high-intensity therapies within the standards of a stepped-care model.</p> <p>The successful candidate will have significant experience working in Talking Therapies services and providing brief counselling for patients with depression.</p> <p>Applicants must be accredited with the BACP or equivalent, and ideally be qualified in one or more NICE-recommended psychological therapies for depression (e.g., PCE-CfD, IPT).</p> Salary is dependent on NHS experience and current banding/pay point.  <strong>Proposed Interview date week commencing 5th Jan 2026</strong>

<p>CAS is a number of Mental Health Support Team (MHST) established following the government Green Paper: Transforming Children &amp; Young People's Mental Health Provision. The service is undergoing expansion and restructuring.</p>

  <p>The three core functions of a Mental Health Support Team (MHST) are:</p>
