  <p>We have permanent position available for a current or aspiring Band 6 Paediatric Physiotherapist at Ashford and St Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust</p> <p>The post holder will gain experience working across all of our neonatal and paediatric physiotherapy services.</p> <p>Full training and support will be provided by the Children Physiotherapy Team, with lots of opportunities to experience the world of neonates and paediatrics.</p> <p>This post is funded for 37.5 hours however part time and flexible working requests will be considered.</p> <p>The Children's Physiotherapy Team and Neonatal Therapy Team are small teams, who take pride in the quality of their work, have regular meeting and training opportunities. The post holder will be required to work hard, be able to be change their roles on an hour by hour basis depending on the needs across the whole service (inpatients, outpatients and neonatal across hard working yet adaptable and provide high quality care for their inpatient and outpatient caseloads.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To provide a specialist physiotherapy knowledge and skills to support the following areas using a biopsychosocial approach:</p> <p>Inpatient care including respiratory, developmental reviews, post-operative orthopaedic and rehabilitation on our medical ward, day unit, level 3 NICU, SCBU and postnatal wards.</p> <p>Lead a caseload in paediatric musculoskeletal outpatients which are held at St Peter's Hospital and Woking Leisure Centre.</p> <p>Lead hydrotherapy, rehab clinics, gym classes and appointments on the gym floor at Woking Leisure Centre and Egham Orbit using the state of the art facilities.</p> <p>Be an active member of specialist orthopaedic, cystic fibrosis, Baileys IV, developmental and rheumatology clinics, some with tertiary centre specialist consultants</p> <p>Support with physiotherapy led orthopaedic services for Ponseti and serial casting clinics</p>

  <p>We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental difficulties to come and work in the socially and ethnically diverse borough of Tower Hamlets. </p> <p>Tower Hamlets CAMHS is a friendly, thriving and innovative service; ELFT has a strong ethos of Quality Improvement, and we are keen to continually develop our service.The service includes professionals from various disciplines including psychiatry, nursing, social workers, psychology, occupational therapy, psychotherapy and family therapy, who come together to provide high quality holistic care for young people and their families. </p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This is a community-based post, located within the Neurodevelopmental Team in Tower Hamlets CAMHS offering flexible, evidence-based episodes of care, assessments and treatments to a wide variety of clinical presentations. </p> <p>The post holder will provide evidence based episodes of care, assessments and treatment to young people with moderate to severe Learning Disability. The post holder will bring their clinical knowledge and skills to this team. NDT provide a broad range of evidence-based interventions including an established group programme (supporting behaviour, sleep, and a neuroaffirmative group for YP who have received recent diagnosis of ASC), Positive Behaviour Support, ASC assessment clinic (where necessary, appropriate training will be provided to ensure staff are equipped to complete ASC assessments effectively) consultation to CAMHS colleagues and schools, and direct work with children and their families, which the post holder will contribute towards. The post holder will join committed and enthusiastic colleagues and will contribute to the next phase of development for the team.</p>

Qualified Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are looking to recruit an innovative and enthusiastic Band 7 Psychologist for our Medium Secure Service for men. Applicants should have experience working within a relevant setting, such as forensic and/or rehab, and feel passionately about making a difference in the lives of service users. The post holder will be embedded within a particular ward MDT based at John Howard Centre, Homerton.</p>
<p>The successful applicant would join a dynamic psychology department in the forensic directorate that covers medium and low security, learning disability, and community services. The department maintains close links to academic institutions, including regional Clinical Psychology training courses. There are many excellent CPD opportunities including facilitating CAT-informed reflective practice, teaching and training opportunities, and a wide range of specialist supervision that includes neuropsychologists.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Providing a specialist psychology service to inpatients on a particular ward, that will include specialist psychological assessments and interventions.</p>

<p>To offer consultations to non-psychology colleagues, and to develop, deliver and evaluate specialist group programmes.</p>
<p>To utilise research skills for audit, service development and research projects.</p>
<p>To work autonomously within professional guidelines and the department's objectives.</p>
<p>To supervise the work of assistant psychologists, students, or trainees as required.</p>

  <p>As a CAMHS Clinician you will join a vibrant and experienced multi-disciplinary team and draw on your professional training, skills and experience in providing assessments and a variety of evidence-based interventions for children and young people presenting with a range of mental health difficulties, and their carers and networks. Most of the children and young people we work with have had experiences of adversity and trauma which impact their development, mental health and relationships. We work with children who have a diagnosis of Neurodiversity and learning disability You will need to have an interest in working with this group and an understanding of the impact of Neurodiversity at home and in school setting. You will have a key role in supporting the work of the team in the assessments of children and young people referred, working with carers and young people offering therapeutic and risk management interventions, contribute to our care-coordination and duty system, deliver consultation and training for other professionals working with children and young people in other settings.
