Counselling training providers usually require you to obtain a certain amount of client contact hours with adults i.e. 18 years plus, therefore it’s important to note that the majority of clients accessing our CDI counselling services are under 18 years of age. As a student placement provider, CDI makes for an ideal 2nd placement that will ensure you have adequate young people contact hours, largely under 18 years of age, providing you with the learning experiences you need to meet the competency requirements of your training course and provider. It is important to check with your training provider, the cap on the number of under 18 years of age clients permitted for your course.

About the Role&nbsp; 
 
As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you will shape how Place2Be communicates its mission, creating visually compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. You will take ownership of creative briefs, developing innovative concepts that align with our brand and values.&nbsp; 
 
Key Responsibilities&nbsp; 
 
Design engaging and accessible visuals for digital and print platforms with a focus on impact reports, social graphics, and a supporter magazine. This makes up around 70% of the work with 30% spent on video.&nbsp; 
 
Interpret and execute creative briefs with originality and strategic thinking.&nbsp; 
 
Produce high-quality video content that showcases our work and impact.&nbsp; 
 
Manage digital assets, ensuring proper organisation and consent compliance.&nbsp; 
 
Keep our Digital Asset Management system updated for seamless access and use.&nbsp; 
 
Collaborate across departments, bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design.&nbsp; 
 
Essential Skills &amp; Experience&nbsp; 
 
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).&nbsp; 
 
Strong experience working alongside marketing and communications teams.&nbsp; 
 
A deep understanding of brand identity, stakeholder engagement, and visual storytelling.&nbsp;
