PAM Wellness provides Mental Health, Neurodiversity and Wellbeing services to a variety of customers throughout the UK including public and private sector organisations. We provide a range of services across the UK including employee assistance programmes (EAPs), mental health training, trauma services, structured professional support, neurodiversity, health assessments and psychological services.

We are rapidly expanding, and looking for a motivated, proactive and organised team member to join the Bids and Sales team to assist with new business growth in PAM Wellness. This role will be a critical member of the Bids and Sales team and will have a number of core components that are likely to evolve over time.

About the Role

Managing the sales inbox and tender portals

Managing inbound sales enquiries generated via the company website and by telephone

Building relationships with prospect clients

Building our intelligence prior to any formal tender process

Collating all lead/prospect details in the company CRM system (Salesforce)

Managing tender documentation and clarification questions

Completing pre-qualification questionnaires and collating relevant supporting information

Engaging with internal departments to support the bid team, collating input to ensure material is coherent, compelling, and well-structured

Supporting final document reviews/quality assurance/formatting and ensuring the timely submission of bids and other proposals

Maintaining an awareness of contracts due for tender

Facilitating end-to-end bid process and governance, keeping the Sales Tracker up to date

Facilitating contract reviews and signatures post-award

Maintaining bid content library

Candidate Skills and experience

Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude and ability to engage at a senior level with internal stakeholders

Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

First class time management and organisational skills

Proven ability to identify leads, with commercial acumen and negotiating skills

A natural drive to succeed and a winning mentality

Strong knowledge of Microsoft word and other Microsoft applications

Experience of public sector tendering advantageous but not essential

Experience within the occupational health & wellbeing sector would be advantageous but not essential

Experience in a sales or bid team is preferred (or an administrative role handling sales enquiries)
