  <p>NELFT is the largest providers of Mental Health Support Teams (MHST's) in England.</p> <p>The MHST's deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions in educational settings for children experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties aged 5 to 18 years old. The teams also have a strong focus on whole school approaches to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people.</p>  <p>The South-WestEssex MHST covers a large geographical area including, Basildon,Brentwood and Billericay and Thurrock. We are an early intervention and prevention evidence-based service and as a team we are supportive and passionate in what we deliver.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Practitioner with a UK Professional Registration to join our MHST.</p> <p>In this post, you will be a senior clinical team member, holding a clinical caseload and supervising junior staff and trainee EMHPs. You will work alongside partner agencies to develop and co-produce training materials and support the delivery of whole school approach models for mental health. </p>  <ul>  <li> <p>Work in partnership with schools CYP, and families in the development of plans for the intervention and agreed outcomes.</p> </li>  <li> <p>Support the Locality Clinical Lead with the formulation and treatment and management plans for schools, parents, CYP using a range of specialist psychological interventions appropriate to the service, individual and group.</p> </li> </ul>   <ul>  <li> <p>Effectively manage a caseload of CYP with mild to moderate mental health difficulties, complete thorough assessments, risk assessments, care plans and reviews.</p> </li> </ul>   <ul>  <li> <p>Provide caseload management and supervision to Trainee Education Mental Health Practitioners, Education Mental Health Practitioner's and Senior Mental Health Practitioner's.</p> </li> </ul>   <ul>  <li> <p>Support in the delivery of evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).</p> </li> </ul>   <ul>  <li> <p>To work as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team within your locality but also with other MHSTs within Essex.</p> </li> </ul>   <ul>  <li> <p>To be able to work as part of a team and autonomously.</p> </li> </ul>

We are a busy service staffed by psychological professionals enthusiastic about and committed to providing high-quality and compassionate psychological care to patients diagnosed with cancer within Queens Hospital and King George Hospital.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post-holder will be expected to manage an individual caseload of patients with cancer referred to the service, providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions, both for in-patients and out-patients. They will work closely with colleagues in Cancer Psychological Therapies to manage the waiting list, including offering triage assessments and patient workshops, and ensure risk assessment and management plans are up-to-date and adhered to. They will work collaboratively with colleagues in their team, as well as within the wider oncology services and Trusts as part of providing excellent holistic care for patients. They will be supported to develop working relationships other psychological professionals across Clinical Health Psychological Services and North-East London Cancer Alliance. They will need to be able to routinely travel to both Queens Hospital and King George Hospital. They will attend regular supervision and line management as part of their role.</p>

<p>Croydon Drop In (CDI) are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Qualified Volunteer Counsellor to work within our award-winning Voluntary Sector services. <p>Croydon Drop In (CDI) are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Volunteer Counsellors on Placement to work within our award-winning Voluntary Sector services. The post-holder will work within our safeguarding protocols to provide safe interventions for children and young people using evidence-based methodologies. The post holder will safely work with people across different cultural backgrounds and ages and will be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.<br>
Our team is supported by student practitioners completing their final year of their practitioner studies.</p>
<p><strong>Please note:</strong></p>
<p>Counselling training providers usually require you to obtain a certain amount of client contact hours with adults i.e. 18 years plus, therefore it’s important to note that the majority of clients accessing our CDI counselling services are under 18 years of age. As a student placement provider, CDI makes for an ideal 2nd placement that will ensure you have adequate young people contact hours, largely under 18 years of age, providing you with the learning experiences you need to meet the competency requirements of your training course and provider. It is important to check with your training provider, the cap on the number of under 18 years of age clients permitted for your course.</p>

Student Volunteer Counsellor on Placement

<p>Due to significant business growth PAM Physio Solutions are looking to employ the skills of an enthusiastic and experienced occupational health occupational therapist to provide specialised workplace needs assessments and provide the opportunity to enhance their skills working for a large occupational health provider. They will be based and cover assessments in the South region as part of a nationwide team</p><p>We are looking for an&nbsp;<strong>Occupational Therapist</strong>&nbsp;who is passionate about the assessment of individuals with acute, chronic and complex health presentations to support their return to work or keep them in work. As part of our PPS team, you will be involved in delivering Specialist workplace needs assessments, Rehabilitation Services, Ergonomic Assessments, Case Management and delivering onsite training programmes.</p><p>The role will involve traveling to different client sites/ PAM clinics with some remote/ home-based work.</p><p>A full induction will be provided along with training and development through PAM’s dedicated PAM Academy, to support CPD and career aspirations</p><p>Travel time will be factored into the working day (depending on distance).&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Working as an autonomous clinical practitioner, being professional and responsible for all aspects of own workload.</p><p>To deliver specialist workplace needs assessments and relevant services covering a range of health conditions at client sites/ PAM Clinics or remotely. Delivering a thorough and detailed clinical assessment, using appropriate clinical techniques, tools and equipment. Using clinical reasoning to provide relevant solutions and recommendations.</p><p>Delivering evidence-based intervention to all patients, in line with RCOT and NICE guidelines, and in accordance with the PAM PPS clinical pathways.</p><p>Formulating treatment plans / goals, assisting and enabling patients to achieve their goals and targets.</p><p>Providing appropriate advice based on the patient’s medical, social and cultural circumstances.</p><p>Maintaining accurate, comprehensive, contemporaneous patient records in line with clinical professional standards of practice. Recording the information in line with clients SLA’s and RCOT, HCPC guidelines.</p><p>Providing remote and face to face clinical interventions and assessment.</p><p>Liaising with employee managers to provide reports, treatment/ rehabilitation updates, and return to work / task modification recommendations.</p><p>Competitive Salary and Excellent Company Benefits.</p><p>Permanent contract</p><p>Full Time or Part Time min 24 hours over 3 days. Degree in Occupational Therapy</p><p>Registration with the regulating body, the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).</p><p>Adhere to professional standards for Occupational Therapy Practice, as detailed by the HCPC and the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT).</p><p>Good understanding of relevant consent and confidentiality legislation/GDPR.</p><p>Understanding of current occupational health issues and an ability to keep abreast of current initiatives and best practice.</p><p>Working understanding of relevant employment law in an occupational health context e.g. Equality Act 2010 and reasonable adjustment application.</p><p>Analysis of Occupational performance/participation, with health and medical aspects. (Biopsychosocial and environmental factors (Physical, sensory/communication/interaction, cognitive/executive function, neurodivergence and mental health)</p><p>Confident with activity analysis/job demand analysis (JDA) physical/cognitive/psychological aspects of a role. <p><strong>About The Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can take the reins to cover a period of maternity leave. You’ll be responsible for ensuring two directors are fully supported with their busy workload by handling their diary management, fulfilling reporting requirements, preparing meeting documents and taking minutes as well as delivering or supporting on key project work.<br>This role has a specific focus on manipulating and presenting data for reports, therefore you will need to have excellent Excel skills and Power BI experience would be beneficial. You will be the first point of contact with a wide range of stakeholders including the executive team, trustees and senior executives from external organisations; you will therefore need to uphold high standards of professionalism, be detailed oriented and extremely organised.</p><p>Strong administrative skills are essential, together with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, good interpersonal skills and a genuine passion and drive to make a difference to the children and young people we support, so that no child has to face mental health issues alone.</p><p>We believe this role could be achieved across 4 or 5 days and welcome applications from people who are interested in working between 28-35 hours.
