  <p>The Vincent Square Eating Disorder Service offers specialist services for children and young people who are suffering from eating disorders. The service provides a range of treatments across the existing outpatient service.</p>
<p>We currently have a permanent position for a band 7 Family Therapist to work in the Children and Young People's Eating Disorder Service.</p>
<p>The post holder will work alongside a team of family therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists and other disciplines.</p>
<p>The job will be split between our sites in South Kensington and Chelsea, and Harrow-on-the-Hill.</p>

  <p>You will provide specialist systemic interventions for child and adolescent eating disorders in the outpatient service, including Family Based Treatment (FBT) and Family Therapy for Anorexia Nervosa (FT-AN).</p>

The service contributes to tackling inequalities in health through promoting and supporting people to develop healthier behaviours and lifestyles in the context of their own local communities.</p><p>As well as supporting the community with improving their physical and emotional heath, we also prioritise our staff wellbeing.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will join our team in Luton, working in and around the district, where we specialize in evidence-based psychological therapies. Alongside vast experience of working within Mental Health, you will also have experience of leading and managing teams with a proven ability to develop good therapeutic relationships with clients and working relationships with your colleagues.</p><p>You will also manage your own caseload and inspire your team to meet both service and individual targets, having an IAPT Supervision Course under your belt would be helpful too, but not essential.</p><p>In addition to talking therapies, we offer healthy lifestyle programmes including NHS stop smoking, health checks, and exercise on referral, social prescription, weight management and support with physical activity for people with long term health conditions.</p>

The post holder will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of eating disorder presentations as well as co-morbid mental health conditions to allow for the provision of a holistic care package to the young person.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To complete specialist eating disorder assessments within the Community Eating Disorder Service for Children &amp; Young People (CEDS-CYP).</p>
<p>To act as the duty clinician on the rota of duty clinicians managing referrals and providing a rapid response to urgent clinical situations. </p>
<p>To be involved in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of children and young people with eating disorders in the community, to liaise closely with other health care professionals to ensure a consistent approach.</p>
<p>To provide specialist therapeutic interventions as part of individualised treatment plans based on psychotherapeutic principles which are grounded in evidence based practice and NICE - concordant interventions for eating disorders.</p>
<p>To develop and deliver our early intervention support pathway, including consultation, psychoeducation, self-help materials working closely with our assistant psychologist.</p>
<p>Care coordinate a substantial caseload of assessment, treatment and consultation work, identifying priorities of action in complex circumstances.</p>
<p>To utilise specialist skills in managing and communicating with patients, their families, carers and other agencies in situations that are sensitive, highly complex and may be emotionally distressing.</p>
<p>To evaluate and monitor clinical risk which will include physical and psychiatric risk for appropriate interventions to jointly manage risk and to inform other agencies as appropriate.</p>

  <p>An exciting position has arisen for a psychologist or CBT therapist to join the Havering Early Intervention Psychosis Team for 6 months, fixed-term.</p>
<p>The post holder will join a well-established early intervention in psychosis service for people with a psychotic diagnosis and their families.</p>
<p>The post holder will join the EIP team, delivering CBT for psychosis with people aged between 14-65 who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis.</p>
<p>The post will suit enthusiastic psychologist or CBT therapist with an interest in developing their skills in applying evidence-based psychological therapies with this client group and working with multi-disciplinary teams.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will provide assessment and evidence-based interventions for this client group . The post holder will be expected to work closely with the multidisciplinary team and offer support on psychological approaches to working with psychosis.</p>
<p>The post holder will be expected to participate in supervision and CPD focused on evidence-based interventions in psychosis.</p>
<p>In addition, the post holder will receive individual supervision and group supervision in CBT for psychosis. The service has practitioners interested in Narrative Exposure Therapy, EMDR and Family Intervention for Psychosis amongst other approaches.</p>
<p>The Trust has strong links with the UCL, UEL and Royal Holloway clinical psychology courses, several Counselling Psychology courses and the UCL CBTp diploma. Current members of the department are engaged in teaching and research projects with local clinical training courses.</p>

Senior Counsellor (CfD - Counselling for Depression) 

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies (THTT) is one of the leading national Talking Therapies services and we are keen to recruit an experienced Counsellor. The successful candidate will join our dynamic Counselling Therapies team and work alongside other therapists who are trained in a number of different modalities including; person-centred, humanistic, integrative, and psychodynamic. Other teams of therapists at THTT are trained in a range of therapies including EMDR, Eating Disorders treatment, CBT and a well-established PWP team.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post-holder will provide individual and group counselling interventions for clients with mild to moderate common mental health problems as appropriate to meet service user needs. They will monitor their performance and outcomes in conjunction with the stream lead.The post-holder will be BACP/UKCP registered/accredited and is required to be eligible and willing to undertake the NHS Talking Therapies training in Counselling for Depression if requested. The post holder will implement a stepped care approach to clinical practice and will work with clients who present with depression and anxiety for which Counselling is demonstrated to be clinically effective and appropriate.A percentage of the post-holders' clinical contact hours will be filled with triage assessments. The number of triage assessments required per week will be specified by line managers/clinical lead. Assessments may be face-to-face or via telephone or other communication mediums that are approved by your line manager/clinical leadThe post-holder will work with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and may work in various community settings, including GP surgeries and other community settings.</p>
