			Place2Be is looking for an Education Partnerships Manager to lead relationships with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) and key partners, ensuring high-quality mental health services across schools. Acting as the main liaison, you’ll oversee service delivery, monitor performance, analyse impact data, and drive improvements. The role involves building strong partnerships, coordinating onboarding, supporting contract adherence, and identifying opportunities for growth. We’re seeking someone with proven experience in partnership or account management, strong stakeholder skills, and a deep understanding of the English education system and MATs.&nbsp;
 
Key Responsibilities: 
•	Build and maintain strong relationships with MAT leaders, funders, and internal teams. 
•	Oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with Place2Be’s Clinical Delivery Model. 
•	Analyse data and produce impact reports using tools such as Power BI. 
•	Act as the first point of contact for MAT schools and coordinate review meetings. 
•	Support contract adherence and onboarding of new schools.

We are currently hiring a Stepdown Recovery Officer&nbsp;to join our inspiring and friendly Brent Stepdown Service.This is a Fixed Term Contract Role ending 30th September 2025, working 35 hours per week.&nbsp;The Stepdown recovery officer will identify early identification of factors that would potentially delay timely discharge and impact on provision of appropriate aftercare. Counsellors&nbsp;on Placement provide emotional and therapeutic support to children and young people aged 4-18 in Place2Be partner schools. As an organisation that has adopted the BACP ethical framework of good practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, counsellors working within the organisation are dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of the children they work with.

 <li>Place2Be provides a high level of support to counsellors on placement through regular supervision, tailored training workshops and offers a well-recognised clinical placement*.</li>
 <li>We provide a comprehensive induction programme and clinical supervision is undertaken at the end of each day.</li>
 <li>We need you to be available for a minimum of one day per week to work in a therapeutic capacity with up to 3 children offering one-to-one counselling.</li>
 <li>Placements are term time only and run for one academic year. There are opportunities for you to stay with us beyond one year.</li>
 <li>You will have the opportunity to attend up to six optional workshops throughout the year which are recognised as continuing professional development time.</li>
 <li>Sessions spent with children are accepted as clinical hours towards professional accreditation, and are recognised by the BACP and UKCP.</li>
 <li>A placement is an excellent stepping stone into a job opportunity and career with Place2Be, over&nbsp;⅔&nbsp;of our clinical staff were once Counsellors on Placement.</li>
 <li>We have places available in our projects in both primary and secondary schools nationwide.</li>

*Counting your hours
All clinical hours gained on placement can be used towards accreditation with a body such as BACP and UKCP. You will be joining us at an exciting time as we are developing a new pathway for young adults who present with complex trauma, and you will have a key role in contributing to this service development.&nbsp;There are opportunities for further training relevant to the therapeutic work. 

You&nbsp;will provide a clinical service of specialist psychology assessments and interventions to a number of adult service users with&nbsp;acute mental health needs&nbsp;on the ward. You will also provide a specialist clinical perspective in relation to other service users with whom you might not be directly involved. Potters Bar uses a formulation driven and trauma informed model of care.
Reporting directly to the Lead Psychologist, you will be responsible for individual and group interventions, diagnostic and cognitive assessments, MDT working and risk assessments. You will also facilitate staff reflective practice sessions and be requested to design and deliver training.
As a Psychologist, you will have experience and knowledge in carrying a service user’s caseload, including assessing complex needs and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatments to support their care plans.&nbsp;&nbsp;

As a Psychologist you will be:
<ul>
 <li>Working autonomously to provide a specialist psychology service to patients as agreed by Consultant Psychiatrist, Therapies Lead, Consultant Clinical Psychologist and in discussion with wider MDT.</li>
 <li>Undertaking specialist assessments.</li>
 <li>Providing specialist interventions according to formulations based on an appropriate conceptual framework, NICE guidelines, evidence from research, and in accordance with the wider MDT formulation and interventions.</li>
 <li>Be involved in running therapeutic groups on the ward as agreed.</li>
 <li>Continually monitor risk of all patients for whom there is direct contact, or regarding which the post holder receives relevant information, ensure acute risk is managed, liaise with MDT (and in particular responsible psychiatrist) regarding risk, and update electronic record including risk assessment as required.</li>
 <li>Ensuring that all clinical work is adequately recoded in the electronic patient record.</li>
 <li>Attending ward rounds (and other MDT meetings), case conferences, CPAs as required, and provide reports in advance for these in accordance with local procedures.</li>
 <li>Preparing clinical; reports as required, e.g. assessment reports, discharge summaries.</li>
 <li>Liaising with internal and external colleagues as required</li>
 <li>Completing all recording and reporting tasks associated with clinical work.</li>
 <li>Facilitating ‘reflective practice’ sessions for the ward-based staff as agreed within the psychological therapies team and in discussion with wider MDT.&nbsp;Please note that the reflective practice sessions take place at 7:30am and 7:30pm to cover day and night ward-based staff. There is flexibility in the working arrangements to accommodate these working patterns.</li>

&nbsp;To be successful in this role, you'll need:
