What You ll Do As a Nurse with Muve Homecare, you ll play a vital clinical role in supporting clients with a wide range of needs, including autism, schizophrenia, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, and behaviours that challenge. Your responsibilities will include: <ul> <li> Leading and overseeing care plans and risk assessments tailored to each client </li> <li> Administering medication and monitoring mental health and physical wellbeing </li> <li> Supporting emotional regulation using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices </li> <li> Implementing PMVA techniques where required to manage risk and maintain safety </li> <li> Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and other agencies </li> <li> Advocating for clients' rights and choices, and ensuring safeguarding protocols are followed </li> </ul> Who We re Looking For We re looking for qualified nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in community settings.
