  <p>We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Health Senior Nurse Lead to join the senior management team at Working Well, our SEQOHS-accredited NHS Occupational Health Service.</p> <p>This is a key leadership role, responsible for providing strategic clinical leadership and professional accountability for all clinical activities within the occupational health team. <p>Expert Clinical advisory role; to act as the senior clinical advisor within the service, providing expert guidance and support to other healthcare professionals based on your specialist knowledge and experience in occupational health.</p>
<p>Governance and Standards oversight; taking responsibility for the development, implementation, and review of clinical policies and procedures. Ensuring that Working Well's standards and processes are robust, evidence-based, and consistently applied across all areas of service delivery.</p>
<p>Strategic Leadership contribution; as a member of the senior management team, contribute to the strategic planning, development, and future direction of the service. Provide clinical and professional input into service improvement initiatives, workforce planning, and operational decision-making.</p>

  <p>This role is offered on a permanent basis with the potential for flexibility in working hours and some remote working with the base being either Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich but with the expectation that you will work across both areas.</p> <p>The post holder will be an experienced Eating Disorder practitioner who, acting within their own professional boundaries, will provide care for adult service users with eating disorders. Supporting the Clinical Team Manager and leadership team, the post holder will actively participate in the day to day clinical and operational management of the Adult Eating Disorders Team within the locality, be part of a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the development of the services they support. They will demonstrate safe clinical decision-making, and sound clinical expertise and knowledge of eating disorders and their treatments. The post holder will support the leadership team to meet the needs of the service users and contribute to service improvements and supervision of other members of the team.</p>

Advanced Nurse Practitioner

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>The Trusted Relationships Service has grown from strength to strength since the original Home Office funding in 2018. We have now secured 3 more year of funding and we are looking for two enthusiastic, independent, clinicians to come and work alongside our other 8 clinicians, for 2 days a week.</p>
<p>This is non-case holding post, clinicians do not have any direct patient contact.</p>
<p>Instead, you will work with Police and Social care staff to support their work safeguarding children who are at risk of extrafamilial abuse and exploitation. Based within the Complex Safeguarding teams, across Greater Manchester, the Trusted Relationships clinicians work with staff to facilitate psychological awareness, particularly in relation to trauma, by offering case-based consultation, staff support and bespoke-training.</p>
<p>The Trusted Relationships Service is a team within the GM Resilience Hub, and consequently clinicians have access to a range of expertise and CPD opportunities.</p>

<p>With the emphasis on patient-centred and community-based care, there has never been a better time to join our team. Working alongside our occupational and physio therapists, you will help provide these patients with improved access to cognitive behavioural therapies either one-to- one or in a group, alongside helping your colleagues deliver their management interventions.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a respiratory therapy assistant practitioner, you will deliver excellent patient care along a care pathway across organisationalboundaries. Your role will involve supporting your senior colleagues to deliver individualised treatment plans for patients with complexrespiratory conditions.You will work alongside your allied health professional colleagues to deliver our recently established symptom management programmein a 1-1 and group setting.
