  <p>You would be joining a comprehensive and dynamic CAMH service, delivering a substantial, stepped model of care following the needs-led i-Thrive framework. This is a post within an established Mental Health Support Team in Luton. Your role will help to develop and deliver a wide range of interventions, projects and system changes, with the aim of the whole school and whole community approaches supporting young people's mental health. In addition to providing comprehensive consultation, assessment, risk management and interventions for young people experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties in schools, the post-holder will also clinically supervise colleagues. There may be a possibility of supervisor training at Reading University, which we would strongly encourage the post-holder to take up.</p> <p>We offer an exciting and a dynamic environment, where your ideas and career development will be valued.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for a confident CAMHS professional with a demonstrable track record, within CAMHS, of providing good quality, evidence-based interventions and improving service quality. You will be a Mental Health Nurse, Systemic Family Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Art Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Child Psychotherapist, CBT Therapist, Counsellor or Occupational Therapist, with the requisite professional registration. We welcome applicants who have experience of working or living in Central Bedfordshire or Luton.</p> <p>There is a national focus on increasing the reach of Mental Health Support Teams, with the aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in the community. The recently published NHS 10 Year Plan has an ambition to increase MHSTs' coverage to all schools by 2030. There is a specific focus on developing more access to help and aiding and improving the general culture of emotional support within all primary and secondary schools, including special educational provisions and PRUs. Working alongside community partners, the Mental Health Support Team will be fully integrated with community CAMHS and educational settings.</p>

  <p><strong>Are you a newly qualified/soon to qualify Psychological professional looking for a new role in adult mental health? Or someone Psychological professional wanting to develop your systemic therapy skills?</strong></p>
<p>We are recruiting a part-time <strong>Clinical/Counselling Psychologist</strong>or <strong>Psychological Therapist</strong> with training in Systemic Psychotherapy or willingness to train in systemic therapy, to provide psychological assessments and interventions for adults with severe and/or complex mental health problems, their families and carers. This role is <strong>part-time working 30 hours per week.</strong></p>
<p>We also welcome applications from Clinical/Counselling Psychologists, or Psychological Therapists who are due to qualify soon.</p>
<p>Our enthusiastic, skilled and supportive team provides a range of therapies. You would contribute to the work of the team by joining the highly valued family therapy clinic and undertaking group and individual therapy with people seeking formulation-based CBT for developmental trauma and other complex difficulties.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You should be able to demonstrate your use of evidence-based practice in specialist adult mental health settings, including competence in cognitive-behavioural and third wave approaches and systemic interventions. If not already accredited, you will be willing to work towards accreditation with an accrediting body such as BABCP and/or AFT for which you will be fully supported.</p>
<p>As a member of Specialist Psychological Therapies you will work closely with colleagues in our adult mental health community and in-patient teams. You will also liaise with and support psychological therapists working at earlier steps in the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies Pathway. You will work with the Clinical Lead, Locality Leads, Team Manager and your team to ensure that the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies Pathway achieves its key objectives of delivering integrated, safe, accessible, responsive, effective and caring services to people in Buckinghamshire. You will ensure the service you provide is of a high quality and meets national guidance as well as meeting local and nationally agreed targets.</p>
<p>Please note if you are based outside of the UK you will need to hold HCPC registration in order to be considered for this role. The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.</p>

  <p>An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a permanent full-time band 6 Occupational Therapist within the Integrated Independence Team (Rapid Response Team).</p> <p>We are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapist to be part of the Emergency department and community rapid response service within the Integrated Independence Team. This will be offered as permanent and full-time for an existing band 6 therapist or experienced band 5 therapist.</p> <p>The Integrated Independence Team is an integrated health and social care service provided jointly by Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and London Borough of Hackney. The team places the user at the heart of the care planning process, and aims to promote independence, deliver outcome focused care, and provide a seamless journey through the care system.</p> <p>The team provides rapid response, intermediate care therapy and reablement services and consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychotherapists, Nurses, Speech and Language Therapists, Consultant Geriatricians, Social Workers, OT Technician, Care Support Coordinators, Care Support Workers, Therapy Assistants and Administration staff. The team will use integrated support planning to address health and social care needs across the pathway in a responsive, dynamic and flexible way.</p> <p>Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part time, flexible working or compressed hours will be considered).</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to provide a rapid response, senior Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment of complex patients within Emergency department, short stay unit and patients referred from the community in order to prevent admission to hospital and promote early discharge.</p> <p>In doing this you will work as part of a strong multidisciplinary team, within an interdisciplinary working model, to facilitate hospital discharge and prevent acute admission.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have strong experience as an Occupational Therapist in an Acute Therapy or Rapid Response setting. You should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.</p> <p>You will be encouraged to develop your clinical, teaching and management skills through opportunities within the team and in the wider organisation.   <p>Community Mental Health Services have undergone widespread innovative transformation. North London Foundation NHS Trust is at the forefront of this transformation, developing a more holistic, recovery oriented, biopsychosocial approach to supporting people with mental health difficulties, in partnership with primary care, other community NHS providers and the voluntary sector. The aim is to build support systems that reach the whole mental health population with a focus on prevention and sustained recovery delivered by multi-agency collaboration. Each population unit is based on the footprint of a Primary Care Network (PCN), bringing together NHS, voluntary sector, peer support and community organisations. These relationships will be central to the new community mental health model.Clinical Associate Psychologists are an innovative role in mental health services, that are core to this community transformation and offering high quality clinical care to the Camden borough.We have an opportunity for a qualified Clinical Associate Psychologist (Band 6) to join our South Camden Core Team on a full-time basis. They will join a team of Senior Counselling Psychologist and Senior Clinical Psychologist, CBT therapists as well complex emotional needs psychologists and structured clinical management practitioners, all of whom are linked to the multi-disciplinary team, GPs and voluntary services sector.Interested applicants are encouraged to make contact for an informal conversation.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The CAP role is central to the team's psychological provision, with opportunities for group interventions, 1:1 therapy using a Structured Clinical Management model and other evidence based approaches, alongside joint assessment, formulation, intervention and consultation.</p> <p>There will be opportunities for leadership, research, service development and consultation to the system, which will involve liaising with professionals involved in the in care of the individual. The teams work closely as MDTs, with weekly clinical meetings where complex cases can be thought about and MDT formulations can be developed.
