  <p><strong>Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Qualified) - Band 5</strong></p> <p>We are looking to recruit a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join large Talking Therapies Team in Havering. The Step 2 team is made up of a PWP Lead, 3 Senior PWPs, along with qualified and trainee PWPs, Therapy Assistants and Honorary staff. The wider team consists of Counsellors, Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, a physical activity co-ordinator, and employment advisors. This is an opportunity for qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to develop their career by offering evidence-based low intensity interventions through guided self-help (6-8 sessions) and computerised CBT (SilverCloud). We also value experience or interest of delivering therapy in a group format, and provide opportunities to co-facilitate groups with Step 3 clinicians.</p> <p>Please only apply for this post if you are a newly qualified or an experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, and hold the IAPT specific certificate in Low Intensity Psychological Interventions. Your application will not be considered without this qualification. We also welcome applicants who are nearing the end of their training, looking for their first qualified role as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. We offer a structured preceptorship programme for newly qualified PWPs to ensure a smooth transition into the role and to support with developing your confidence and clinical skills.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We have an active outreach team who ensure the service is well-known across the community, by attending events and running psychoeducational workshops. We value PWPs' participation in outreach and encourage contributions towards our Special Interest Groups (SIGs), such as long term conditions (LTCs), perinatal mental health, and LGBTQI+. In line with our trust values, we are a team that encourages continual professional development (CPD). We offer opportunities to attend training delivered through University College London, such as PWP Supervision and LTCs.</p>
<p>Each PWP is well-supported by daily clinicians on duty, weekly case management supervision, and monthly clinical skills supervision, along with a peer-led reflective space which contributes towards wellbeing. We also offer specific LTC and group supervision.</p>
<p>We have an in-house training programme, consisting of monthly sessions on advanced topics, to aid assessment skills and develop knowledge in areas such as PTSD, Grief, and Health Anxiety. This has proven helpful for newly qualified members of staff, to consolidate their learning post-training. There are also opportunities for team-wide training through external services, and we encourage PWPs' input in identifying further training needs.</p>

  <p><strong>Starting with NELFT</strong>NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes.   <p>On the first of February 2021 the Royal Brompton &amp; Harefield Hospitals became part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust- a truly once in a generation development.</p>
<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced radiographer to join our friendly skilled radiology team at Royal Brompton Hospital, specialist centre for the treatment of heart and lung disease. The post offers the chance to develop highly specialised skills in heart and lung imaging.</p>
<p>In January 2022 we opened a new diagnostic imaging centre with state-of-the-art facilities including an additional CT scanner (Siemens Force), a dedicated interventional radiology lab (Phillips Azurion 7) and a Siemens fluoroscopy &amp; DR room. There is plan to install a Siemens Photon Counting CT in our Sydney Street wing soon. The rest of the department is within the existing buildings and includes; 2 Siemens CT scanners, 6 cardiac catheter labs, including a hybrid theatre/cath lab, 2 general DR x-ray rooms and DR mobiles.</p>
<p>We offer supportive comprehensive training in the specialist imaging modalities focused on cardiac and respiratory procedures and you will be part of a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post is rotational and you will be working throughout all areas including general X-Ray, fluoroscopy, CT scanning and the cardiac catheter labs.</p>
<p>All applicants for this post would receive comprehensive training in both CT, IR and the catheter labs, with a focus on cardiac and respiratory procedures. We believe strongly in developing all staff to their fullest potential, with a focus on all radiographers being fully trained to undertake a full range of cardiac catheter interventions, cardiac CT including both adults and paediatrics, scanning and assisting in interventional CT and a variety of interventional radiology procedures. We pride ourselves on delivering individualised excellent patient care.</p>

  <p>We are recruiting a Band 7 Senior Clinical Supervisor to lead our newest Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in Havering, launching in January 2026. Locally known as the Havering Emotional Support Team (HEST), our service began in 2022 with two teams, expanded to a third in 2023, and is now growing again. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a new team, working at the forefront of children and young people's mental health and wellbeing.</p>
<p>Our MHSTs work in partnership with schools, colleges, and community services to provide early access to evidence-based support. <p>The MHST Senior Supervisor/ Senior Therapist will be responsible for the caseload management &amp; supervision of the Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) . The post holder will also work with other senior colleagues in developing MHSTs and facilitate wider service transformation.</p>

  <p>ARCH (Addictions Recovery Centre Hillingdon) is well established partnership service between CNWL and Via. We provide structured treatment and support for people with drug and alcohol difficulties.</p> <p>We have three upcoming Assistant Psychologist roles in ARCH which will cover the core service, the Recovery Day Programme (RDP) and the Rough Sleeper's team. The start date for each of these posts will be staggered between November 2025 and January 2026.</p> <p>To enhance the professional psychological care of clients within the service, across all sectors of care; providing data collection, data analysis, and assessment under the management and supervision of a qualified professional psychologist, working independently according to a plan agreed with a qualified psychologist and within the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures. </p> <p>To participate in clinical governance and utilise research skills for audit, service development and research within the area served by the multi-disciplinary Drug and Alcohol team.</p>

  <p><strong>Clinical</strong></p>
<p>To undertake Psychosocial Inventions and Workshops of clients referred to the Drug and Alcohol Service. This may include using motivational interviewing techniques, self-report measures, risk assessment, rating scales, direct and indirect observations and semi-structured interviews with clients, family members and others involved in the client's care. Providing evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT to help people overcome their addiction).</p>

  <p>The post holder will be an active member of City and Hackney's Mental Health Care of Older Adult's service including the centralised MHCOP inpatient wards and wider East London MHCOP Psychology and Arts therapies professional group.</p> <p>They will work closely with psychologists and other professionals in the team maintaining a standardised approach to the assessment and care of Service Users with complex needs across community and inpatient settings.   <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join Bromley West ADAPT (Anxiety, Depression, Affective disorders, Personality disorders &amp; Trauma) a secondary care multidisciplinary service providing care for people living in the Borough of Bromley.</p> <p>You will have a passion for working in multidisciplinary teams supporting people with complex emotional needs, including histories of trauma, emotional regulation and interpersonal difficulties.</p> <p>You will join a dynamic and skilled Psychological Therapies Team comprised of clinical and counselling psychologists, cognitive behavioural therapist, art therapist, assistant psychologist, as well as trainees.</p> <p>The service offers a range of modalities including MBT (Mentalisation-based therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapist), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), psychodynamic psychotherapy, art therapy and MBCT (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy).</p> <p>The team also work closely with the wider MDT to provide Structured Clinical Management (SCM). New developments this year include the introduction of a Compassion Focussed Therapy Group, and a 'Coping with trauma' group to support individuals awaiting trauma processing therapy.</p>
