  <p>The Podiatry Service at Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation NHS Trust (WCHC) has an exciting opportunity for dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic newly/recently qualified podiatrists to join our committed and friendly team. </p> <p>As a newly/recently qualified podiatrist you will be supported by our experienced team of podiatrists, podiatry assistants and admin support staff. Together we will build on the experience and knowledge you have already gained to enable you to safely assess and treat a wide range of complex podiatry conditions for patients with a variety of other clinical needs, including: acute or chronic, neuropathies, chronic diseases, vascular problems, wound management and nail surgery.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>WCHC is an innovative and forward-thinking organisation. We work closely with our local acute Trust to support their high-risk diabetic out-patient clinics and there will be opportunities to shadow and develop your skills in this area. We also manufacture our own insoles using state of the art CAD-CAM technology and pressure mapping technology as well as developing new pathways and services to improve patient experience and outcomes.</p> <p>Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a podiatrist (or on qualification), you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals. Good IT skills are essential as the role requires working across a range of clinical systems. </p> <p>We will provide a fully structured induction programme and weactively support CPD and personal development for all staff and we will provide opportunities to develop within the role.</p> <p>The Podiatry Service is delivered from a number of community clinics, GP practices as well as nursing homes and domiciliary settings across Wirral, therefore you must have access to your own transport for work purposes. </p> <p>Wirral has excellent transport links to North Wales, Liverpool, Manchester, as well as the historic city of Chester. </p>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We have an exciting opportunity for<strong>two</strong> full time, permanent, band 7 clinical or counselling psychologists to join Barts Heart and Thorax Centre Psychological Services based at St Bartholomew's Hospital.</p> <p>The successful applicant will join a friendly and supportive group of psychological professionals at St Bartholomew's Hospital including practitioner psychologists and an art therapist. You will be able to access funded CPD and receive specialist group supervision (e.g. ACT, CFT, Narrative therapy and EMDR) alongside individual supervision.</p> <p>We operate within a mixed model, i.e. embedded within medical teams with centralised referral allocation and discussion so that workload can be shared evenly between clinicians and allocated according to skill mix and case complexity. The band 7 postholder will pick up referrals from specialist teams across the Barts Heart Centre and will work closely with the clinical pathway leads as well as the consultant service lead, allowing for a good balance of autonomy and support in line with their stage in career development. These posts are varied and exciting roles with lots of opportunity for service development and research as well as providing specialist psychological input through direct work (with inpatients and outpatients) and indirect work through consultation to the wider multidisciplinary team.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Barts Heart and Thorax Centre (BHTC) Psychological Services is for with adult patients and their families who live with an acute or chronic cardiac or respiratory condition and those who require a critical care admission (predominantly cardio-thoracic and cancer related). </p> <p>Specifically these patients are under the care of specialist multidisciplinary teams within the Barts Heart and Thorax Centre, including the Congenital Cardiology Service, the Heart Attack Centre (HAC); the Adult Critical Care Unit (ACCU); Heart Failure, Electrophysiology, and Inherited Cardiovascular Conditions. </p> <p>Although the post holder will not be directly working with the following teams these are also covered by the broader service: Difficult Asthma and Cystic Fibrosis.   <p>You would be joining a comprehensive and dynamic CAMH service, delivering a substantial stepped model of care following the needs-led i-Thrive framework. There are a number of posts across the whole of Central Bedfordshire. Your role will help to develop and deliver a wide range of interventions, projects and system changes with the aim of the whole community approaches to supporting young people's mental health. These are newly funded roles that are community based, whose aim is to offer an Early Intervention service for Young People whose complexities cannot be served by our 5 Mental health in Support Teams but do not reach the threshold for core CAMHS. The role of Activity Coordinator / Healthcare Assistant involves working a rotational shift pattern, including day and night shifts, weekends and bank holidays as required. The role includes supporting the multidisciplinary team's assessment, planning and delivery of care needs of young people who have been admitted to the adolescent in- patient mental health unit. The role includes carrying out assigned tasks involving direct care under the direct or indirect supervision of a registered nurse. This may involve working on a one-to-one basis with young people to maintain their safety. As part of a team, and under direct or indirect supervision, the Activity Coordinator will provide high quality mental and physical health care to young people who are experiencing mental health difficulties and their families. The post holder will also assist in service and best practice developments, contributing to the evaluation of programmes of care by reporting to the clinical supervisor, registered nurse or other members of the multidisciplinary team as appropriate.</p>

This vacancy is an opportunity for people with lived experience of mental health challenges.</p> <p>As a <strong>Senior Peer Support Worker</strong> you'll use your own lived experience of mental health challenges, using empathy to support service users/families who are accessing mental health services.</p> <p>The service you'll be working in is Buckinghamshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Intensive Home Treatment Team (IHTT). IHTT is a supports in providing families with intensive community intervention. We are looking for a motivated individual with lived experience of being a care giver to a young person with significant mental health difficulties. The individual would be able involved in supporting and guiding families during a period of crisis that can present as chaotic, stressful and distressing. You will work alongside the young person, the family or carers and a CAMHS core care team, including a care coordinator, to plan a comprehensive package of care including interventions tailored to the family's needs.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will support children, young people and their families for a period of intervention that can range between the short and medium term, and alongside the team provide intensive support during a mental health crisis while offering a range of support to reduce the likelihood of admission to inpatient hospital services, and stabilise their mental health while in a community setting.</p>
<p>The support is mainly provided in their home environment and can also include support accessing school provision and community based resources. The IHTT is able to offer and engage families in a higher level and more intensive plan of support, including the ability to conduct multiple visits across a week and sometimes daily as required.</p>
<p>The role is predominantly based in Sue Nicholls Centre, Aylesbury, with additional expectation to work from Saffron House, High Wycombe.</p>
<p>The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.</p>

This post is key in our ambition to offer family focused care for women accessing the service.</p> <p>Drawing on your own lived experience of supporting a loved one through the perinatal period, you will carry out wellbeing checks with Dads &amp; Partners, helping signpost and ensure Dads &amp; Partners feel heard and valued during this key period.</p> <p>You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure Dads &amp; Partners are included in the care pathway, and their vital role is recognised.</p> <p><strong><em>This post is based in the South of the county, covering Cambridge, Ely and the surrounding areas.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p><strong>Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs.
