  <p>Do you want to use your clinical expertise in one of the most dynamic and meaningful environments in healthcare? Manx Care are recruiting an Air Ambulance Transfer Practitioner to support patient transfers to and from the UK by air, sea, road and scheduled flights.

Youll deliver highquality clinical care in transit - whether in a fixedwing aircraft, helicopter, boat or ambulance - adapting to noise, vibration, limited communication and rapidly changing situations. Every journey is different, and your skills will ensure patients receive safe, compassionate care throughout.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Youll also support senior leadership in operational planning, service development and representing the Air Ambulance Service across the island and beyond.

The role requires excellent communication, empathy and resilience. Youll share complex and sensitive information with patients and families, manage emotionally challenging situations, advocate for patients, and work closely with colleagues and external agencies. Youll also take part in MDTs, debriefs and ongoing education.</p>

<h2>About The Role</h2><p>Our mission is to ensure no child has to face mental health issues alone. Over 2023-24, we supported nearly 5000 children across Scotland, but we know there is more we can and should be doing.</p><p>This is a really exciting time to join the Scotland team as we embark on our new five year strategy that will see us deepening our presence in local places. We are seeking an individual with proven experience in bid and proposal writing, procurement, and tender management for public sector contracts to help us reach more children and young people. <p><strong>About The Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can take the reins to cover a period of maternity leave. You’ll be responsible for ensuring two directors are fully supported with their busy workload by handling their diary management, fulfilling reporting requirements, preparing meeting documents and taking minutes as well as delivering or supporting on key project work.<br>This role has a specific focus on manipulating and presenting data for reports, therefore you will need to have excellent Excel skills and Power BI experience would be beneficial. You will be the first point of contact with a wide range of stakeholders including the executive team, trustees and senior executives from external organisations; you will therefore need to uphold high standards of professionalism, be detailed oriented and extremely organised.</p><p>Strong administrative skills are essential, together with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, good interpersonal skills and a genuine passion and drive to make a difference to the children and young people we support, so that no child has to face mental health issues alone.</p><p>We believe this role could be achieved across 4 or 5 days and welcome applications from people who are interested in working between 28-35 hours.
