  <p>Reporting into the Neonatal Network Manager, your responsibilities will include:</p>

  <p>As a respiratory therapy assistant practitioner, you will deliver excellent patient care along a care pathway across organisationalboundaries. Your role will involve supporting your senior colleagues to deliver individualised treatment plans for patients with complexrespiratory conditions.You will work alongside your allied health professional colleagues to deliver our recently established symptom management programmein a 1-1 and group setting.   <p>Dorset Mental Health Support Teams in Schools (MHSTs) are seeking a Trainee Senior Wellbeing Practitioner/Trainee Supervisor (Band 6) for our team based in the North &amp; East Dorset area. You will provide clinical supervision and leadership to more junior colleagues and will be involved with developing clinical operational processes. The team also works with education settings to help them to implement a whole school approach to good emotional wellbeing. This can include for example consultation, training and small and large group work to promote good emotional health for all. </p> <p>You will also be expected to hold a clinical caseload and to use your newly learnt knowledge to deliver short term evidence based interventions to children, families and young people whose needs are more complex in nature.</p> <p><strong>Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Trainee Senior Wellbeing Practitioner/Trainee Supervisor– MHST

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are seeking a High Intensity Modality Lead to support and manage the delivery and development of additional modalities within NHS Talking Therapies Southampton.</p> <p>As a High Intensity Modality lead you will act as clinical lead within an area of expertise, provide expertadvice to psychological therapists and other professionals. You will provide non-CBT high intensity modalities that form part of the NHS Talking Therapies programme as recommended by NICE for clients who present a range of complex Anxiety and Depression related problems as well as other mild to moderate mental health problems.</p> <p>You will supervise and support the psychological assessment and therapy provided by other high intensity therapists and trainees and support other clinical members of the team who provide psychologically based care and treatment.</p> <p>This is a part time role of 30 hours based in Southampton.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will primarily oversee clinical quality and outcomes for the high intensity team, focusing on the delivery and quality of non-CBT HI additional modalities including evidence based NICE Approved treatments Couples Therapy for Depression (CTfD), Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Person Centred Experiential - Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).</p> <p>You will work with the locality leads and senior service lead to ensure that national guidelines are adhered to in line with the national NHS Talking Therapy programme, targets are achieved and appropriate clinical governance arrangements are in place.</p> <p>You will work with the Locality Lead &amp; S3 Specialist oversee and monitor waiting lists for the additional modalities, to ensure timely access to treatment for patients and that the service is achieving KPIs.</p> <p>Provide specialist psychological therapy to patients from the NHS TT service in an expert area of practice. This involves providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy within one or more psychological therapymodels specified by the NHS TT manual, in line with the Roth &amp; Pilling competencyframework 2007.</p> <p>Supervise and support the psychological therapy provided by otherhigh intensity therapists who provide psychologically based care and treatment and provide consultation to non- NHS Talking Therapy colleagues as appropriate.</p>   <h3>About us</h3>
