  <p>We are looking for an experienced Band 3 HCA to work within a busy community team. The post is based in Crewe, working within Crewe Care Community.</p>
<p>The role includes caring for patients who are approaching the end of life. The post holder will undertake clinical tasks as delegated by the Community Nurse team and within sphere of competency.</p>
<p>You will be working without close supervision, and will therefore need to use your own initiative, whilst following the patient's care plan. You must also be passionate about making a difference to people's lives, helping them to live as well as possible and to die with dignity.</p>
<p>As well as being able to work independently, you will possess good time management and organizational skills and be expected to be innovative and flexible to work in other areas - if required - to meet service need.</p>
<p>To join our dedicated, caring team, you will need excellent communication skills and emotional strength. We will expect you to have a talent for forging strong empathetic relationships with a variety of people, whilst providing palliative care. We will of course provide excellent on-going training and support.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Your role will include delivering a range of nursing interventions to patients in their own homes. This includes wound care, phlebotomy, medication administration and risk assessments.</p>

  <p>We are looking for an experienced Radiographer or Technologist to work in our Nuclear Medicine department at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton. This is a great opportunity to join us in a state-of-art Nuclear Medicine department. You will ensure a high-quality scanning service administering radiopharmaceuticals and performing Nuclear Medicine scans, including PET-CT. You will also have the opportunity to assist with Molecular Radiotherapies. You will be supported by senior Technologists, Consultants, management, and dedicated Physics and Admin staff.</p> <p>You will be expected to have technical expertise as well as good clinical knowledge. You will be capable of responding to challenges and working cooperatively as part of a large MDT. As a senior Technologist or Radiographer you will help ensure effective day-to-day operations of the service. You need to be resourceful and innovative to ensure prompt service delivery and timely care to our patients, and maintain good relationships with colleagues.</p> <p>We see a wide range of patients of all ages and perform a variety of clinical studies, including cardiac, paediatric and PET-CT. The service currently runs Monday-Friday but is expanding to encompass weekend working. Some work at our satellite department in Haywards Heath is required. This role would suit a dynamic individual who is looking to broaden their experience and to make a positive contribution to the future development of UHSussex Nuclear Medicine.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will undertake clinical work in a highly specialised area which requires consideration of the risks associated with working with ionising radiation and infection control. The person needs to possess the empathy and skills to help patients through difficult and complex procedures. </p>  <p>Assess patient referrals, manage care, safely prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, and scan patients. </p>  <p>The post holder will be required to perform image processing and produce results to the highest technical standards. </p>  <p>May be required to supervise Technologists/radiographers and support staff.</p>  <p>To support the Chief Nuclear Medicine Technologist, PET-CT Superintendent, and Lead Superintendent and to work collaboratively with other clinical colleagues to provide an efficient and effective service. </p>  <p>To work within regulatory frameworks and follow all Local Rules and Standard Operating Procedures designed to ensure a safe working environment in accordance with Health and Safety legislation and associated regulations.</p> <p>To work in all Nuclear Medicine departments and weekend and evening duties as required.</p>

<p>We are excited to recruit the right qualified EMHPs. We have posts available in both Hull and East Riding Mental Health Support Teams.</p>
<p>The teams work directly into schools and colleges with children and young people between the ages of 5 to 18.</p>
<p>The teams support schools and the wider system and have a particular focus on whole school approach, advice, support, guidance and consultation.</p>
<p>The teams also deliver targeted low intensity CBT informed based 1:1 and group sessions, parent led workshops and creative based interventions to support mild to moderate social, emotional and mental health needs.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The successful candidate with appropriate supervision, will work as an autonomous and responsible practitioner as their training affords and within the scope of their local job description, to engage in.</p>

<li>Delivering evidence-based intervention for children and young people in education setting with mild to moderate mental health problems</li>
<li>Helping children and young people within these settings who present with more severe problems to rapidly access more specialist services</li>
<li>Supporting and facilitating staff in education settings to identify and where appropriate manage issues related to mental health and wellbeing</li>
<li>Working with and within education environments to afford better access to specialist mental health services, and use the acquired skills, knowledge and abilities to deliver a service based within education settings that builds on and reinforces but does not replace those initiatives that already exist within these environments.</li>
<li>Mentor trainees and offer Peer to peer support to other qualified EMHP's</li>

  <p>We have 33 theatres across both Coventry and Rugby sites. As a level one major trauma centre we provide 24/7 emergency and trauma surgery and take polytrauma patients from around the region. We perform state of the art Robotic surgery for the previously inoperable, are a regional centre for neurosurgery and specialise in cardiac and renal transplant surgery.</p>
<p>Our wards and theatres have fully automated medicines storage (56 Omnicells) across 2 sites.</p>
<p>Other specialties include Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Ear Nose and Throat, Maxillo Facial, Urology, Colorectal, Vascular, Ophthalmology, Plastics and Breast.</p>
<p>The Pharmacy department at UHCW NHS Trust is undergoing many changes and looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly motivated Pharmacy Technician, to join our busy and friendly pharmacy department. You will be a confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills. You will need to have some hospital experience and be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and be flexible regarding working practices.</p>
<p>Applicants must have excellent IT skills, have good communication and interpersonal skills and work in a positive manner, with other healthcare professionals.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Candidates must hold S/NVQ Level III in Pharmacy Services and BTEC National Certificate in Pharmacy Services or equivalent and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.</p>
<p>The post is full time (37.5hrs per week with weekends/late shifts and bank holidays as per rota)</p>
<p>The post holder will be part of a team of Clinical Pharmacy Technicians involved in providing a range of pharmacy services on behalf of the Trust to its patients and customers. All activities will be carried out as deemed appropriate to the needs of the patient in agreement with the ward Pharmacist and in accordance with Trust and Pharmacy department SOPs.</p>
<p>You will be joining a large team of Technicians of all specialties and grades. You will be responsible for ensuring the service operates efficiently to provide patients with their medication safely and in a timely manner.</p>
