This role involves acting as a Care Co-ordinator, undertaking mental health assessments and associates risk assessments.   <p>Working within the MHIR team at HMP Downview, you will be working within a supportive team within our mental health hub. You will benefit from having peer support as you go through your induction phase to aid familiarity with how the prison functions. You will have opportunities to be part of local service developments and we promote all team members to become a specialist lead in relevant areas. You will also benefit from our inclusive approach. In addition to mandatory training opportunities, we also consider external training development, there is Mental Health Practitioner peer supervision and monthly Reflective Practice which is in addition to 1:1 supervision.</p>

  <p>An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, forward-looking Band 6 occupational therapist to join our Adult Eating Disorders Inpatient ward working alongside and occupational therapy apprentice. You will have experience in mental health and occupational therapy and whilst desirable, eating disorder experience is not necessary as full support will be given to develop expertise in this area. Occupational Therapist (Avalon Ward)

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>The Genomic Associate will be based in the Clinical Genetics Service at Northwick Park Hospital and will work alongside clinical geneticists, genetic counsellors, laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals to provide enhanced contact with patients at the point of referral, and after genetic testing and counselling, to facilitate the collection of information and obtain consent, where needed. The genomic Associate will also help to facilitate access to the service, particularly amongst marginalised communities and families who are difficult to engage. The post holder will be responsible for requesting test reports, relevant tissue/samples and testing by liaising with laboratories, families, and clinical teams, as well as the tracking of such requests They will keep clinicians and patients updated on progress, highlighting any long waiters.</p> <p>Under supervision, you will support the team with keeping spreadsheets, databases and portals updated for gene carriers, as well as undertaking regular audit to ensure patients are accepted onto screening programs. They will be responsible for arranging breast screening for those at high risk and keeping spreadsheets/records updated.</p> <p>the post holder will support the team with cancer triage by obtaining family history information, entering of data for online cancer risk assessments and generating a risk calculation using that program (e.g. CanRisk) for interpretation and use by genetic counsellors and clinical geneticists.</p>

<p>The post holder will be working across schools supporting trainee EMHPs in the borough of Hillingdon by providing supervision, consultation, mental health assessments and evidenced based mental health treatments to children, young people and their families.       <p>Key responsibilities of the post holder will include:</p>

  <p>The N&amp;S CAMHS Adolescent At-risk &amp; Forensic Service (AAFS) is a national and specialist service within the South London &amp; Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. AAFS are delighted to be recruiting a 1 WTE Band 7 Specialist Practitioner Psychologist to join our team on a permanent basis.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a responsive, specialist service for young people and families who present with high risk alongside complex mental health needs and neurodiversity.   <p>The post holders will provide a specialist clinical service to the Adolescent At-risk &amp; Forensic Service, National and Specialist CAMHS. Main duties include:</p> <p>o Highly specialist assessments of young people with complex mental health needs, high-risk behaviours (e.g., self-harm, aggression, sexual offending) and/ or risk of exploitation (sexual and criminal).
