Band 5 Pharmacy Dispensary Technician

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>The NHS Talking Therapies Service covering South West Hertfordshire, including Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere boroughs, is looking to employ a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. The role, working closely with the PWPs they supervise, plays a central role in ensuring our service is of the best quality, with the best outcomes for our service users.</p>
<p>Hertfordshire was one of the original 11 Pathfinder sites for the development of Talking Therapies Services, commencing in 2007/8 and has since developed through 1st and 2nd wave expansion sites to provide a well -resourced and innovative Talking Therapies service across the whole of the county. Our Trust has been awarded 'Outstanding' status by the Care quality Commission and our Talking Therapies Service is APPS accredited.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The key part of this role will be to provide clinical supervision, professional support and development for PWPs within the service. The Senior PWP will work alongside the team's Clinical and Operational Leadership to maintain quality, stability, safety and clinical efficacy. There will be opportunities for ongoing professional development as well as the chance to contribute to further service development.You will be an experienced PWP with at least 1 year post qualification experience as a PWP, more if you have been part time over that period, and with a recognised Talking Therapies qualification in Step 2 intervention and will be registered or working towards PWP accreditation with the BABCP or BPS. The position provides an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced PWP to lead in the further development of the PWP role promoting professionalism and cohesion with a wonderfully diverse team of PWPs working in a hybrid or blended style. Therefore your own professionalism will serve as a leadership model.</p>

  <p><strong>Family and Systemic Psychotherapist</strong></p> <p><strong>1.0 wte Band 8A - 9 Month Fixed Term- Maternity Cover</strong></p> <p>This post is a Family and Systemic Psychotherapy post based in a specialist clinical team within City and Hackney CAMHS providing services to young people and their families with time shared between the Behaviour Support and Outreach Pathway and the Re-Engagement Unit.</p> <p>The post holder will spend 2.5 days per week as part of a Tier 3 CAMHS community-based post, located within the Behaviour Support and Outreach (BS&amp;O) pathway in City &amp; Hackney CAMHS, the East London NHS Foundation Trust and as part of the wider Hackney CAMHS Alliance. The post holder will be offering flexible, evidence-based episodes of care including a range of assessment and treatment options such as individual, parenting, family therapy and group based interventions, as well as specialist CAMHS advice/consultation and liaison with other agencies.</p> <p>The post holder will spend the other 2.5 days per week as part of the Re-Engagement Unit situated within Hackney Education.   <p>We are looking for a creative, forward thinking and motivated Systemic Family Therapist to join our friendly and professional multi-disciplinary Emotional &amp; Behavioural CAMHS Team based in Dunstable, within the South Bedfordshire Specialist CAMHS Service.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post-holder will have experience of working in CAMHS. You will be offering assessment and therapeutic treatment to young people with moderate to severe mental health difficulties and their families/carers, including generic CAMHS assessments as needed. You will be joining with our team's existing systemic psychotherapist and co-facilitating family therapy clinics and groups as appropriate (e.g. NVR and parent sessions), potentially also working alongside therapists from other local CAMHS teams. You will involve parent/carers, schools and other agencies as required. In addition, the post holder will offer consultations. You will require a high degree of professional autonomy, organization, and self management, with the ability to work well in a team. You will be supported by regular specialist clinical and management supervision sessions, access to a variety of internal CPD sessions, and annual performance appraisals. You will also participate in weekly clinical discussions with the teams, monthly complex case discussions and a monthly reflective space.
