  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Band 8b registered clinical psychologist to work across the City and Hackney EQUIP and Heads Up Teams. EQUIP provides an assertive and responsive service to adults aged 18 - 65 for up to 3 years during their recovery from a first episode of psychosis. The service covers the City of London and London Borough of Hackney. Emphasis is placed on maximising wellbeing and on social, psychological, physical and educational/vocational recovery. The team works to standards set for early intervention in psychosis teams and participates in the annual National Clinical Audit on Psychosis. The team also works closely with the early detection team, HEADS UP, which provides support to those who are at risk of developing psychosis, and actively connects with local community groups in order to improve detection rates of this group.</p> <p>This post would be suitable for someone with significant experience, a strong interest in psychosis and early intervention and a collaborative approach to leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of psychology across EQUIP and Heads Up. They will also work closely with the operational lead and consultant psychiatrists as a member of the senior management team.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
   <p>The principal psychologist role provides leadership to and management of the psychology staff within the service, as well as contributing to the senior management team within the service. The post holder will work alongside clinical and/or counselling psychologists already in post to support individuals who are experiencing or at risk of developing first episode psychosis and their families/carers.</p> <p>The post holder will supervise and line manage the psychological professions in the team and lead on other aspects of governance required to deliver an effective service. </p> <p>Whilst there may be opportunities for a small caseload as well as supporting the team with complex assessments and psychological consultations, the main focus of the role is on the team's provision of effective and timely psychological interventions in accordance with NICE guidelines for Early Intervention in Psychosis, and ensuring that the psychological professionals are suitably led and supported towards that aim. </p>

<p>Come and join a busy vibrant team supporting men with recovery from substances at HMP Stocken. You will be working with a case load of men, supporting them through psychosocial treatment for their substance misuse.</p>
<p>HMP Stocken is a male Cat C prison and the Inclusion SMS team support the population by offering support for drug/alcohol issues.</p>
<p>You would be joining a busy, established team who would support you in your new role. This is an energetic role for an individual who is passionate about providing good quality substance misuse support within a busy and rewarding environment. The variety of the role will keep things fresh and stimulating whilst being part of a supportive team with effective management providing supervision and guidance.</p>
  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As part of the Inclusion Substance Misuse Team you would hold a case load of service users and appropriately manage your time to support their pathway through treatment, building care plans to support the service users throughout their journey.</p>
<p>Your main duties will include completing assessments and care planning, 1:1 structured work, delivering group interventions, supporting men through detox, comprehensive case notes, report writing and supporting men to achieve their care plan targets.</p>

MHST Senior Wellbeing Practitioner

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are recruiting for a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) as our YOT Senior Mental Health Practitioner.</p><p>The Youth Offending Team (YOT) is a multi-disciplinary team which works with children and young people aged 10 -17 years old who have offended and are made subject to a range of community and custodial disposals.</p><p>The YOT Senior Mental Health Practitioner will support children and young people by providing time-limited interventions, who are known to the YOT and are experiencing mental health and wellbeing difficulties, as part of an overall plan to reduce their risk of re-offending, harm to others and vulnerability.</p><p>This may include signposting or liaison with other service providers, and establishing exit strategies (via onward referral) to ensure ongoing support is available where it is deemed necessary. You will be supported by being co-managed by both CAMHS and the YOT manager, receive regular supervision and access to a wide range of professionals including mental health nurses, social workers, OT, associate practitioners, Psychologists, Psychotherapists, family therapist, CBT therapists, Creative Arts Therapists and consultant psychiatrists.</p><p>We pride ourselves in delivering high quality and innovative psychological solutions, working collaboratively with children, young people and their families to deliver dynamic and evidence-based therapies.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Completion of initial assessments and screenings in relation to emotional and mental health to establish what level of support and or intervention is required.</p><p>Delivery of time-limited interventions to children and young people known to the YJS who are experiencing emotional health and wellbeing difficulties</p><p>Referral on to universal, early help or targeted services (or liaising with other health professionals) for onward assessment or support.</p><p>Undertakes a lead role within the YJS in respect of mental health and wellbeing, including provision of advice, guidance and specialist knowledge to staff in support of overall YJS practice and/or development of services.</p><p>Provide screening, care, and health promotion to children and young people known to the YJS who are experiencing emotional health and wellbeing difficulties.</p><p>Design and deliver preventative and targeted work to children, young people and their families to address safeguarding and risk management concerns (including 1:1 and group work).</p><p>Maintain strong links between YJS and other relevant service providers (for example, but not limited to CCAMHS, FCAMHS, EIP, GP and Social Care) for effective liaison, signposting and onward referral as appropriate</p><p>Contribute to YJS performance against agreed targets and indicators through effective data inputting, service delivery and team-working.</p>
