  <p>The role aims to improve the experience for our children and young
people (CYP) presenting with mental health problems who would otherwise have
seen a GP. In this role you will work as part of the South West London and St
Georges Mental Health NHS Trust and primary care team in Central Sutton PCN in
Sutton, providing support to GP practices for children and young people (CYP)
presenting with mental health problems. This support will include provision of
advice, education, support and psychoeducation to GPs CYP and carers through
consultation, advice and signposting.</p><p>You will also provide expert advice and education to primary care
staff across the 4 GP Practices in Central Sutton PCN. The post holder will be
an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team. You will have access to
appropriate clinical supervision and an appropriate named individual in the PCN
to provide general advice and support on a day to day basis</p>

  <p>Central Sutton PCN Sutton is looking to employ
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner under the additional roles
reimbursement scheme to work directly to support GP practices for children and
young people (CYP) presenting with mental health problems. This support will
include provision of advice, education, support and psychoeducation to GPs CYP
and carers through consultation, advice and signposting. This role will be
working autonomously, but will have the support of a multi-professional primary
care team made up of doctors, nurses, clinical pharmacists, physician associate,
health coaches, social prescribers and paramedics. You will have strong
experience and knowledge of working with children and young people (CYP) across
a diverse population. You will have excellent communication skills in
addressing and providing expert advice and education to the 4 GP Practices within

  <p>This post involves assessing and treating children and young people who present with moderate to severe mental health difficulties in a community CAMHS setting. The successful candidate will work with a MDT to formulate holistic care plans.</p>

<p>They will be expected to attend, participate and support the MDT meetings as well as network partnership meetings.</p>

<p>We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Community and Events Fundraising Assistant to join our Fundraising team. If you have strong communication and organisational skills and a desire to be part of positive change, this position is for you!</p>
<p>In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, providing vital administrative support, and helping us achieve the team’s income target. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills, as you will lead on projects crucial to Place2Be’s success.</p>
<p>This position is perfect for someone eager to start a career in fundraising or expand their expertise in community and challenge events fundraising.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
    <li>Customer care: Managing the team inbox as first point of contact and speaking confidently with supporters on the phone.</li>
    <li>Admin support: Logging accurate data on our fundraising database (CharityCRM)</li>
    <li>Project Management: Work with the team to lead on projects</li>
    <li>Support on key events and activities including Children’s Mental Health Week and London Landmarks Half Marathon</li>
    <li>Attend event activities, playing a key staff role</li>
    <li>Knowledge Development: stay updated on Charity law, best practices in community and events fundraising, and the fundraising market.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills Required:</strong></p>
<ul>
    <li>Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer service skills.</li>
    <li>Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.</li>
    <li>Ability to communicate with a wide range of people both internally and externally.</li>
    <li>Proactive and flexible approach with the ability to collaborate and work well in a team.</li>
