  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in an 8a role as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist within our Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CYPMHS, formerly known as CAMHS) multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering a high-quality service provision that promotes and improves the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people and their families in the East of Hertfordshire, with our three bases, predominantly Hoddesdon but may be required to cover Welwyn Garden City and Bishop Stortford.</p><p>You will have HCPC registration and provide a highly specialist child and adolescent service within the context of the principles of CAPA (The Choice and Partnership Approach) and CYP-IAPT, providing both core work and specific/specialist work. HPFT has been at the forefront on national developments in CYPMHS, including CAPA and CYP-IAPT,</p><p>CYPMHS East is a caring, supportive and hard-working team which prides itself in working in collaboratively with young people and stakeholders in service delivery.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will be responsible for a caseload of complex assessment, treatment and consultation work with children and their families/carers/networks who have mental health issues. They will work as a member of the multidisciplinary team providing interventions in line with the principles and practice of CYP-IAPT. They will work in ways which are sensitive to and appropriate for the needs of families from a wide range of racial, cultural and religious backgrounds. They will undertake risk assessment and risk management for all children and adolescents, including the protective and risk factors in the network of significant relationships.</p>
<p>They will act as care coordinator, where appropriate, ensuring provision of a care plan, taking responsibility for initiating, planning and review of the client's care, ensuring the work of others involved and communicating effectively with the child/ the carer/professional as appropriate, monitoring the progress of multi-disciplinary interventions.</p>

The post holder will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of eating disorder presentations as well as co-morbid mental health conditions to allow for the provision of a holistic care package to the young person. The ideal candidate communicates well, enjoys working with individuals, families and groups and will bring enthusiasm and commitment to the role.</p> <p>They will complete specialist eating disorder assessments and deliver evidence based and NICE concordant interventions for eating disorders to children and young people and their families within our early intervention and specialist therapy pathways. These interventions may be delivered in clinic, community and home settings; to individuals or groups work, holistically with the multi-disciplinary team to support young people and their families with eating disorders and contribute to increasing awareness of the presentation and prevalence of eating disorders.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To complete specialist eating disorder assessments within the Community Eating Disorder Service for Children &amp; Young People (CEDS-CYP).</p>
<p>To act as the duty clinician on the rota of duty clinicians managing referrals and providing a rapid response to urgent clinical situations. </p>
<p>To be involved in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of children and young people with eating disorders in the community, to liaise closely with other health care professionals to ensure a consistent approach.</p>
<p>To provide specialist therapeutic interventions as part of individualised treatment plans based on psychotherapeutic principles which are grounded in evidence based practice and NICE - concordant interventions for eating disorders.</p>
<p>To develop and deliver our early intervention support pathway, including consultation, psychoeducation, self-help materials working closely with our assistant psychologist.</p>
<p>Care coordinate a substantial caseload of assessment, treatment and consultation work, identifying priorities of action in complex circumstances.</p>
<p>To utilise specialist skills in managing and communicating with patients, their families, carers and other agencies in situations that are sensitive, highly complex and may be emotionally distressing.</p>
<p>To evaluate and monitor clinical risk which will include physical and psychiatric risk for appropriate interventions to jointly manage risk and to inform other agencies as appropriate.</p>

The postholder will form part of the Health Visiting Team in the borough of Greenwich.</p> <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, self-driven, motivated practitioner who has the enthusiasm and passion to drive forward the infant feeding service and support staff to achieve UNICEF BFI accreditation.</p> <p>The post holder will work in partnership with the Infant Feeding Lead on the planning, implementation, maintenance and accreditation of UNICEF BFI standards across the service. Infant Feeding Specialist - Greenwich 0-4 Service

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>This is an exciting opportunity to work within a newly commissioned pan-London Men's Mental Health Treatment Requirement (MHTR) service to reduce custodial sentences and improve the wellbeing of men in the criminal justice system with mental health needs. Mental Health Treatment Requirements (MHTRs) were introduced by the Criminal Justice Act in 2003, recognising that for many individuals who offend, mental health and substance misuse issues underpin their offending behaviour. Treatment requirements offer courts an alternative to short custodial sentences and aim to prevent reoffending by addressing underlying vulnerabilities and improving quality of life. This service aims to increase the use of primary care treatment requirements as part of a community sentence, offering psychologically informed interventions and advice. The MHTR Service will also provide the courts with information and confidence to sentence to robust and effective treatment requirements.</p> <p>North London Forensic Collaborative is the largest forensic Provider Collaborative in England and is a partnership between forensic services within five NHS Trusts including: North London NHS Foundation Trust - Lead Provider; Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust; East London NHS Foundation Trust; North East London NHS Foundation Trust and West London NHS Trust.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This band 7 post will be hosted by North East London NHS Foundation Trust as part of a team that will work across the whole of North East London. Some of the posts in the team are hosted by NELFT and some ELFT.</p> <p>North London Forensic Collaborative are looking for three 1.0 WTE band 7 Psychologists or Psychological Therapists. NELFT is recruiting to one of these posts which will be responsible for assessing for suitability and making recommendations for MHTRs across North East London; and for delivering short-term psychological interventions for those that are sentenced to an MHTR. There are two equivalent posts being recruited to via CNWL and we expect the services to work closely together to ensure that there is consistency in the MHTR service being offered across London.</p> <p>The successful candidates will hold a clinical caseload and be responsible for supervision of the senior Assistant Psychologist team. We hope to recruit a staff team reflective of the population we serve and welcome applications from those with protected characteristics, including minoritised ethnic groups. Candidates will be considered for all NLFC posts at interview. All trusts support flexible working and applications for secondments to this substantive role will be considered.</p> <p>We welcome applicants who are newly qualified or are approaching qualification who are enthusiastic and dedicated to working in this field, with or without prior experience in secure or forensic services.</p>
