  <p><strong>We are looking for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to work alongside an integrated mental health team based at HMP Full Sutton.</strong></p><p>Rethink Mental Illness work alongside Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV) and Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust to deliver an integrated stepped care mental health service within HMP Full Sutton.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will work as part of
an integrated primary care mental health team within the Prison to provide high
volume, low intensity interventions which will be a range of cognitive
behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-management interventions, for clients with
mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
This includes providing guided self-help in both 1:1 and group formats,
in line with the current Step 2 IAPT guidelines. I am an accredited PWP, either with BPS or BABCP</p><p>You will also work

  <p>The team compromises a range of highly skilled professionals who work collaboratively to provide the highest quality of care for those with mental health needs within the prison and for Rethink Mental Illness employees, this is carried out between 0800 1600 Monday to Friday.</p><p>You will work as part of an integrated care mental health team delivering Step 1 interventions, working alongside other professionals to support the mental health of the prison population.The team support people with a common mental health problem in the self-management of their recovery, building a professional relationship of trust in a non-judgmental manner with every client as a basis for developing and enabling therapeutic relationships.This ranges from providing informal information, support, and signposting, facilitating group activities and forums, to developing and training Peer Mentors and delivering service user engagement activities.   <p>The Wellbeing in Mind team has 3 functions:</p> <ol>  <li>Support the development of a whole-school or college approach to wellbeing. This can include, but is not limited to, supporting sites to develop and implement mental health and wellbeing policies, development of resources, supporting campaigns and delivering training, assemblies and PHSE curriculum.</li>  <li>Provide timely advice and consultation to education staff. This is designed to support teaching staff to build their skills and confidence in supporting the wellbeing needs of their students/pupils. This is offered in both a formal and informal way.</li>  <li>Undertake direct assessments and intervention for young people within education.   <p><strong>An exciting opportunity has become available within the Inclusion substance misuse team at HMP Stocken. We are recruiting for a full time band 5 Substance Misuse Practitioner.</strong></p>
<p>Come and join a busy vibrant team supporting men with recovery from substances at HMP Stocken. You will be working with a case load of men, supporting them through psychosocial treatment for their substance misuse.</p>
<p>HMP Stocken is a male Cat C prison and the Inclusion SMS team support the population by offering support for drug/alcohol issues.</p>
<p>You would be joining a busy, established team who would support you in your new role. This is an energetic role for an individual who is passionate about providing good quality substance misuse support within a busy and rewarding environment. The variety of the role will keep things fresh and stimulating whilst being part of a supportive team with effective management providing supervision and guidance.</p>

  <p>As part of the Inclusion Substance Misuse Team you would hold a case load of service users and appropriately manage your time to support their pathway through treatment, building care plans to support the service users throughout their journey.</p>
<p>Your main duties will include completing assessments and care planning, 1:1 structured work, delivering group interventions, supporting men through detox, comprehensive case notes, report writing and supporting men to achieve their care plan targets.</p>

  <p>This is a training role within the Improving Access to Psychological therapies for people with 'Severe Mental Illness' Programme (IAPT-SMI).Work in Cornwall's community mental health services in our Integrated Community Mental Health Team (ICMHT) teams to provide CBT interventions three days per week, whilst studying at the University of Exeter on the other two days each week with some block weeks of training. You will be able to attend all training with Exeter University, the majority will be delivered online. <h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>This key Band 7 clinical role is offered at full time, although we would also welcome applicants seeking part-time positions. You need to be a BABCP accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, either with demonstrable skills in working with the CYP client group, or an ability to transfer across from adult work. We would particularly welcome applicants from minoritized backgrounds and those that actively demonstrate an interest in increasing young peoples' participation in shaping CAMHS delivery.</p> <p>Our team has strong links to universities and researchers. A key advantage of working in secondary care is the chance to work alongside and learn from highly specialist nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists and psychotherapists. Within Sussex CAMHS we have a strong psychology and CBT team. You will be well-supported with training and CPD, and opportunities for career development.</p> <p>We operate a pathways model and you would hold some clinical lead responsibilities within these, including decision-making around treatment options. We would expect the therapist to be conversant with IAPT principles, and practiced in using ROMS and disorder specific outcome measures as part of evaluation and of their work, as well as part of ongoing team audit.
