  <p>1 year fixed term contract or 1 year secondment band 8b 0.4wte Practitioner Psychologist, Psychotherapist or Psychological Therapist. This is a maternity cover post to provide clinical leadership for psychological therapies for the STEP (Southwark Team for Early Psychosis). We are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic member of staff with a strong track record of delivering psychological therapies within a stepped care model. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of early intervention for psychosis and have the required leadership qualities to ensure the provision of high quality psychological therapies.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The main duty of this post is to oversee the psychological therapy offer within the STEP team which is delivered on a stepped care basis. The role involves clinical management and supervision, direct clinical work (CBTp, EMDR and/or family interventions), consultation and service development responsibilities. The post holder will work closely with the STEP team leader and will be supported by the professional lead for the psychosis pathway.</p> <p>We are looking for people with a track record of delivering interventions that improve accessibility for groups under-represented in psychological therapy services.</p> <p>Southwark is a diverse borough and the postholder will work to engage with the local community and take their needs into consideration to provide an accessible service.</p>

  <p>We are pleased to be recruiting to a trauma specialist 8a psychological therapist post (0.8 wte) to work within our multi-modality therapy team in secondary care for adults with moderate-severe mood, anxiety and personality disorders. The post holder will be an experienced clinician for service users with PTSD and complex PTSD offering trauma-focussed CBT (may additionally be experienced in EMDR), also with significant experience using CBT for adults with moderate to severe mood and anxiety disorders.   <p>The successful applicant will demonstrate experience and skill in working with PTSD and cPTSD with adults in secondary care with moderate-severe presentations, using trauma-focussed CBT, as well as other mood and anxiety disorders. The role requires supervision and line management of more junior psychologists and trainees. The post holder will contribute to service audits and development projects, and consultation within the team and to other professionals.</p>

There are line management and supervisory responsibilities, as well as link-working with CMHTs to provide consultation, teaching, co-working.   <p>Are you looking for an Art Psychotherapy position in Adult Learning Disability that is as part of a supportive, innovative and engaged MDT that delivers excellent care and improves the lives of people with a learning disability?</p>
<p>This post is an exciting opportunity for an Art Psychotherapist who wishes to further develop their specialist skills working with adults with learning disabilities including autism.</p>
<p>As a result of service changes this is a new Band 7 post dedicated to Bexley Community Learning Disabilities Team, for 2 days a week currently, to maintain and further develop the art psychotherapy provision for adults with varying degrees of learning disability, some of whom have complex needs including Autistic Spectrum Disorder, mental health difficulties and/or challenging behaviour.</p>
<p>You will work as part of the Bexley multi-disciplinary community learning disability team, within the psychological therapies sub-team.</p>
<p>There is another Art Therapist co-located within the Bromley CLDT, and another in the Greenwich CLDT based at a different location. We also have a Music Therapist in all 3 boroughs so it is an exciting time within creative therapies in Oxleas ALD service.</p>

<p>Croydon Drop In (CDI) are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Volunteer Counsellors on Placement to work within our award-winning Voluntary Sector services. The post-holder will work within our safeguarding protocols to provide safe interventions for children and young people using evidence-based methodologies. The post holder will safely work with people across different cultural backgrounds and ages and will be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.<br>
Our team is supported by student practitioners completing their final year of their practitioner studies.</p>
<p><strong>Please note:</strong></p>
<p>Counselling training providers usually require you to obtain a certain amount of client contact hours with adults i.e. 18 years plus, therefore it’s important to note that the majority of clients accessing our CDI counselling services are under 18 years of age. As a student placement provider, CDI makes for an ideal 2nd placement that will ensure you have adequate young people contact hours, largely under 18 years of age, providing you with the learning experiences you need to meet the competency requirements of your training course and provider. It is important to check with your training provider, the cap on the number of under 18 years of age clients permitted for your course.</p>
