Key Responsibilities:

 <li>Shape and deliver a comprehensive talent plan aligned with business objectives.</li>
 <li>Identify and mobilise our internal talent.</li>
 <li>Lead the development of succession planning and talent frameworks that support career growth, retention, and equitable opportunities for underrepresented groups, in line with our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion action plan.</li>
 <li>Oversee Recruitment and Learning &amp; Development functions to ensure a smooth, compliant onboarding and induction experience for new staff.</li>
 <li>Use data-driven insights to inform talent decisions and support workforce planning.</li>
</ul>
Essential Criteria:

 <li>CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional experience.</li>
 <li>Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, and succession planning.</li>
 <li>Strong understanding of Apprenticeship Levy regulations and apprenticeship programme standards.</li>
 <li>Track record of managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, particularly in peak periods such as the start of the academic year.</li>
 <li>In-depth knowledge of recruitment and talent development best practices.</li>
 <li>Confidence using HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, L&amp;D platforms and analytics tools.</li>

Place2Be offers a variety of counselling trainings and qualifying courses to help build a mental health work force that can support children and young people.&nbsp;
Working as part of the Place2Be Postgraduate Diploma Tutor team, the post-holder will deliver and develop our very successful Post Graduate Diploma programme which is accredited by BACP and run in partnership with the University of East London.&nbsp;
This role will be responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of the Postgraduate training programme, and ensuring that students receive good quality training and support for the duration of their training.&nbsp;&nbsp;

 <li>Place2Be provides a high level of support to counsellors on placement through regular supervision, tailored training workshops and offers a well-recognised clinical placement*.</li>

 <li>We need you to be available for a minimum of one day per week to work in a therapeutic capacity with up to 3 children offering one-to-one counselling.</li>
 <li>Placements are term time only and run for one academic year. There are opportunities for you to stay with us beyond one year.</li>
