  <p>We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated clinical / counselling psychologist or CBT Therapist to join our small and friendly team of clinicians at Here for You delivering both individual and team psychological interventions to staff within a compassionate and inclusive framework. </p> <p>We offer a wide range of psychological interventions within Here for You which we continually review and develop as required to meet the needs of our staff and the latest evidence-based practice. The post holder will play an important role, as part of the clinical team, to support these developments and work closely with the Deputy Clinical Lead &amp; Clinical and Service Lead.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity to use and develop specialist clinical skills within a committed and supportive team and play an important role in helping to support the mental health of staff working in NHS and local government. Working both within our organisation and across the whole system; a keenness to develop new skills and to deliver a responsive and compassionate service is essential. </p> <p>At Here for You, we are a team of qualified psychological practitioners, who offer expert free, confidential psychological &amp; mental health support for people working at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and partner organisations across Surrey.</p> <p>Applicants <em>must</em> be hold a professional registration with a regulated body e.g.HCPC, NMC or Social Work England with BABCP accreditation (for non-psychologists).</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To offer inclusive, personalised and evidence-based specialist clinical skills &amp; practice within a team of psychological practitioners providing a specialist psychological &amp; mental health support service to eligible staff who are experiencing a need for psychological support due to reasons both within work and outside of work. </p> <p>In particular: </p> <p> To offer individual staff psychological assessment &amp; therapy to referred staff; some interventions are offered virtually, and some are offered face to face.</p> <p> To undertake high quality triage and signposting to community resources, Talking Therapies and Secondary Care Services as appropriate.</p> <p> Develop and run workshops using psychoeducational and reflective practice skills relating to the evidence base for psychological interventions with staff. </p> <p> To work closely within Here for You team to regularly review our workshops ensuring we deliver evidence-based interventions using current best practice in the area of staff psychological support within a compassionate framework.</p> <p> To ensure the clinical effectiveness of own practice and of service functioning by undertaking audit, research and service development activities relevant to the service area.</p> <p> To proactively outreach to identified at risk groups of staff.</p> <p> To work closely with Deputy Clinical Lead &amp; Clinical and Service Lead and playing a leadership role in developing this service across the system &amp; with our partner organisations.</p>

  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to lead the psychological provision for Isle of Dogs Neighbourhood Mental Health Team.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be Lead Psychologist for a vibrant multi-disciplinary team working with service users and their families presenting with diverse and complex social and health needs. You will work closely with the Operational and Clinical Leads to ensure the delivery of a high quality, accessible, and inclusive psychological service drawing on a range of psychological approaches. You will promote psychological and trauma-informed practice within the teams and wider service area through consultation (informal and formal), training and reflective practice. You will supervise a Band 7 psychologist as well as other psychological staff. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from psychology, Arts Therapy and Occupational Therapy to jointly develop a borough-wide groups therapies programme. There are significant opportunities for service development, quality improvement, and innovative practice in this post as part of the Trust's Community Health Transformation Programme.</p>

  <p>The successful candidate will be closely involved with the Department of Tower Hamlets Locality Psychology, under whose governance you will have regular opportunities for continuing professional development. Within our lively and enthusiastic Adult Multi-Disciplinary Psychology Team a range of approaches are promoted, including CBT, CFT, narrative therapy, community psychology and trauma informed care, supported by strong peer and specialist supervision. You will be providing a service to children with visual conditions and their families. </p> <p>The successful candidate will provide a specialist clinical psychology service to children and families referred to the Ophthalmology team at GOSH, working closely with consultants and allied health professionals. The role includes provision of psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions on a predominantly outpatient basis.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>What we can offer:</strong></p> <p>You will be working with the Surgery &amp; Development Stream (a team of paediatric clinical psychologists) who offer psychological input to children under the care of thirteen medical specialties. In addition to your work with the Ophthalmology team you will contribute to the flexible delivery of psychology services across the stream, in response to new developments and organisational changes. </p> <p>We are one of three paediatric psychology streams within the hospital and sit within the wider psychological and mental health services. </p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a psychology team we draw on a range of therapeutic modalities including Narrative, CBT, Systemic, ACT, compassion focussed therapy. There are opportunities to work in creative, formulation-driven ways with young people and families. You will be offering individual, family, parent and group psychological interventions, as well as working within GOSH MDTs and with external agencies.</p> <p>There is a strong commitment to continuing professional development in line with job planning. A range of academic teaching is offered within the department as well as special interest groups in medicalised trauma, medically unexplained symptoms, narrative therapy, cognitive assessment, and others.
