  <p>Sefton Enhanced Support Team is looking for an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our service.</p> <p>The Enhanced Support Team works with children and young people with complex needs who present with high risk, high harm behaviours and high vulnerability. They are likely to have difficulties in multiple domains which are persistent, severe and are framed by family and social contexts (family disruption, loss, ACEs). This may include for example, children and young people who are involved in youth justice services, not in education employment or training, who engage in substance misuse, have multiple adverse childhood experiences, who are neurodiverse or have speech language and communication difficulties etc. These children and young people are likely to have been referred to multiple services, but there are significant barriers to engagement</p> <p>Sefton Enhanced Support Team has links into Community CAMHS however is integrated with Children's Services including Social Care and Youth Justice.</p> <p>The successful applicant will provide a substantial contribution to the clinical work of the team and will hold case management responsibility for their workload. Provision of supervision to lower banded team members, students and other internal professionals as required is expected.</p> <p>We are particularly seeking candidates who have experience of working within complex systems, providing case consultation and working with families indirectly via wider professional involvement.</p>

  <p><strong>Are you a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who is looking for a role in Oxfordshire?</strong></p>
<p>Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust are currently seeking a CBT Therapist. We are looking for someone with CBT experience who is looking to deliver high quality CBT and develop through regular supervision, CPD and a range of training opportunities to support career progression.</p>
<p>We are one of the national Talking Therapies services delivering cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based psychological interventions, through a stepped care treatment model to people in the community with common mental health problems.</p>
<p>We have links with the Oxford Centre for Psychological Health that includes Oxford Centre for Cognitive Therapy (OCTC) and Oxford Institute for Clinical Psychology Training, which is hosted by the Trust. We actively encourage innovation and research with opportunities for collaborations with the Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire NHS Talking Therapies Collaboration, University of Oxford Department of Psychiatry and Department of Experimental Psychology.</p>
<p>To support our continued expansion, we have developed pathways in working with patients with anxiety and/or depression and living with long term physical health conditions such as Cardiac disease.   <p>The Peritoneal Malignancy Institute is an internationally renowned Tertiary Service for patients with a rare form of cancer. These patients are admitted from around the country and usually stay in hospital for at least two weeks so input is a mix of virtual and in person support. </p> <p>We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to contribute to supporting patients during this highly emotive time. This includes conducting virtual pre-admission assessment and pre-surgery psychological support, in hospital face to face interventions and post discharge support offered virtually.</p> <p>This psychology service is one of a kind in the country and although it has been established for over 8 years it is still growing and we are always looking for new ways to support our patients. We have a well-resourced research team and an interest in research and evaluation will be a real benefit</p> <p>This is a role with structure but also a lot of scope to develop it and make it your own.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>ou will be a registered staff nurse and have excellent assessment, planning and evaluation skills to deliver clinical care to patients and support our Nursing Assistants.
You will coordinate and manage care ensuring that all calls are effectively assessed, triaged, allocated and recorded. You will have an overview of the service as a whole to ensure that patients and staff remain safe and care is appropriate and effective overnight. E.g. re-allocating work to cover unexpected staff absence.  At times you will be expected to work clinically and deliver direct patient care, though the majority of your role will be clinical triage via telephone. 
You must have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills as you will be coordinating care for a large number of complex patients.
You will provide clinical leadership, including line management of Band 5 Staff Nurses, and oversee line management of our Band 3 Nursing Assistants.
You must be able to think on your feet, problem solve and juggle conflicting priorities as well as motivate others in challenging times and utilise the resources available to you effectively.
The hours of work are 17:00pm-22:00pm over 7 days a week (including bank holidays).  The role is based from Hunslet Health Centre, though it is expected that you could travel across the city of Leeds during your shift to deliver patient care. 
It would be expected that you are available to work on a rota over 7 evenings per week, 365 days per year.

The successful candidate will be HCPC-registered with doctoral-level training and experience working with complex client groups.
