Starrycare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) to provide high-quality psychological therapy across our client sites. The successful candidate will assess, treat, and support individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health and psychological assessments.
  • Develop and deliver individualised CBT treatment plans.
  • Provide one-to-one CBT interventions for a range of mental health conditions.
  • Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide psychoeducation and promote recovery and wellbeing.
  • Adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional standards.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, training, and continuous professional development.
  • Maintain compliance with clinical governance, health & safety, and organisational policies.
Requirements
  • Accredited qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
  • Registration with BABCP or an equivalent recognised professional body (preferred).
  • Relevant degree in Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or a related healthcare profession.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CBT principles, mental health practice, and clinical governance.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
