  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Gloucestershire Mental Health Support Team for the recruitment of Qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner's (EMHP)</p>
<p>In line with the government's priority to increase access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people, the EMHP role is an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and healthcare sectors.</p>
<p>Successful candidates will be employed on a full-time basis based within Gloucestershire, and will play a key role as members of the Mental Health Support Team, who will have the responsibility for delivering schools' overarching approach to providing mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people.</p>
<p>Potential candidates will have already successfully completed the HEE commissioned 1yr 'Education Mental Health Practitioner' course or the equivalent 'Children's Wellbeing Practitioner' course.</p>
<p>As part of this role there will be a requirement to travel across the localities.</p>

Wellbeing &amp; Emotional Support Teams (WEST), Herefordshire team we are now
seeking a qualified EMHP to join our fantastic team. </p><p></p><p>The WEST team are a forward thinking,

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are a busy team,
covering 49 schools and colleges in Herefordshire.
You will be delivering low intensity CBT interventions (1:1 or group) in your
aligned schools as well as delivering Whole School Approach activities, keeping
the CYP at the heart of everything you do.</p><p>Under the support of
operational lead, clinical lead &amp; senior practitioners you will manage a
caseload of patients and complete assessments, care plans &amp; other relevant
documentation whilst maintaining the fidelity of the low intensity CBT model.</p><p>An understanding of
risk management &amp; safeguarding is imperative for this role, and you will be
supported with managing this within the team. </p><p>You will also receive
regular case management &amp; clinical skills supervision to support you
clinically as well as participate in MDT/screening meetings.</p><p>You will work closely
with families, school staff &amp; other professions and at times deliver
consultations &amp; signposting advice to other agencies. Thus, strong
interpersonal skills are key.</p>

  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and registered psychological therapist or counsellor to join our dedicated Psychological Therapies Team, working with adult patients across the Trust. The role offers variety and professional development, as you will work across our three hospital sites, gaining exposure to different settings and experiences--while only ever being based at one site at a time.</p>
<p>For the first six months, you will be primarily based at Southend Hospital, providing continuity as you settle into the role.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Our PWPs deliver low intensity CBT intervention, offer telephone or video sessions working from home or a team base, and face-to-face sessions either from the team base or from one of the GP surgeries. PWPs attend weekly team meeting, weekly individual case management supervision, and a fortnightly clinical skills supervision group. There is also a bimonthly meeting for all PWPs, their supervisors and our PWP leads, to review, discuss and develop the low intensity provision within the service.</p>

  <p>Talking Therapies Southwark has been commissioned to provide the NHS Talking Therapies for Depression and Anxiety for Southwark since 2008, and currently we have over 100 WTE staff. There are two locality-based teams, each responsible for the assessment and treatment of patients referred by, or registered with, the GP practices in their part of the borough. The south team is currently based at the Maudsley Hospital in Camberwell and the north team at the Munro Centre near London Bridge. Within each team, CBT therapists, psychologists, counsellors, psychological wellbeing practitioners and career coaches work closely together, offering assessment, psycho-educational workshops and groups, as well as individual treatment sessions covering all the NHS Talking Therapies recommended therapy modalities. The South London &amp; Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is the lead provider for the Talking Therapies Southwark partnership.</p>
<p>Our Trust headquarters is located at the Maudsley Hospital in Denmark Hill, London. <h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>You would be joining a comprehensive and dynamic CAMH service, delivering a substantial stepped model of care following the needs-led i-Thrive framework. There are a number of posts across the whole of Central Bedfordshire. Your role will help to develop and deliver a wide range of interventions, projects and system changes with the aim of the whole community approaches to supporting young people's mental health. These are newly funded roles that are community based, whose aim is to offer an Early Intervention service for Young People whose complexities cannot be served by our 5 Mental health in Support Teams but do not reach the threshold for core CAMHS. You will be providing comprehensive consultations, assessments, risk management and interventions for young people experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties. The post-holder will also clinically supervise colleagues. There may be an option of supervisor training at Reading University which we would strongly encourage post holders to take up.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for confident CAMHS professionals with a demonstrable track record, within CAMHS, of providing good quality evidence-based interventions and improving service quality. You will be a Mental Health Nurse, Systemic Family Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Arts Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Child Psychotherapist, CBT Therapist, Counsellor or Occupational Therapist with the requisite professional registration. We welcome applicants who have experience of working or living in Central Bedfordshire.</p> <p>There is a national focus on increasing the reach of Early Intervention for Children and Young People with the aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in the community. In line with the recently published NHS 10 Year Plan we have an ambition to increase more access to early Intervention to all Young people in Central Bedfordshire and improve the general culture of emotional support to all Young people and their families. Working alongside community partners and our Mental Health Support Teams your team will be fully integrated with community CAMHS and educational settings.</p>
