  <p><strong>Are you a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who is looking for a role in Oxfordshire?</strong></p>
<p>Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust are currently seeking a CBT Therapist. We are looking for someone with CBT experience who is looking to deliver high quality CBT and develop through regular supervision, CPD and a range of training opportunities to support career progression.</p>
<p>We are one of the national Talking Therapies services delivering cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based psychological interventions, through a stepped care treatment model to people in the community with common mental health problems.</p>
<p>We have links with the Oxford Centre for Psychological Health that includes Oxford Centre for Cognitive Therapy (OCTC) and Oxford Institute for Clinical Psychology Training, which is hosted by the Trust. We actively encourage innovation and research with opportunities for collaborations with the Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire NHS Talking Therapies Collaboration, University of Oxford Department of Psychiatry and Department of Experimental Psychology.</p>

High Intensity CBT Therapist

  <p>Due to additional investment an exciting opportunity has arisen for a flexible and enthusiastic clinical psychologist committed to working with people with severe and enduring mental health needs to join our service. The team are based across the CAMHS Emanuel Miller Centre in Limehouse as well as the Local Authority Town Hall in Whitechapel. The CiSC team offers accessible, flexible, timely and responsive CAMHS input to children, young people and their families who are subject to Social Care plans (LAC, CP or CIN).</p> <p>It is a multidisciplinary team offering consultation to Social Worker and the wider children's workforce as well as assessment, care planning and clinical intervention to the children and families that they work with where there are mental health concerns. Our posts are available at Band 7 (a developmental post) or 8A depending on experience. Relevant support and experience will be provided to ensure that successful newly qualified applicants will be able to transition into an 8A psychology post, after demonstrating significant post-qualifying experience and meeting the requirements.</p> <p>Please note that, whilst working patterns will be flexible and include some remote working, there will be a requirement for the successful applicants to be physically based within team bases in Cornwall for most of the week.</p> <p><strong>A relocation package is available for discussion.</strong></p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p><strong>This is a community-based role that requires frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they will manage these travel requirements.</strong></p> <p>This role sits alongside other practitioner psychologists, psychological therapists, assistant psychologists, trainee psychologists, Clinical Associate Psychologists (CAPs) and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners (MHWPs) embedded in an experienced, compassionate, trauma informed and person-centred multidisciplinary team which welcomes psychological interventions and collaborative working. </p> <p>The role is a varied one providing assessment (including neurodevelopmental), formulation, individual and group interventions, and consultation using a range of therapeutic approaches. </p> <p>You will also support psychological practice within the team by contributing a psychological perspective to team working, treatment planning and supervising other psychological professionals. </p> <p>There is a key focus on quality to enhance services. We encourage our psychologists to develop their skills and knowledge with CPD opportunities and have a track record of being able to provide ongoing training in CAT, CBT-P, DBT, EMDR, and FIP. </p> <p>There will be opportunities to contribute to the development of a new model of integrated primary and community mental health services linking Community Mental Health Teams and Primary Care Networks.</p>
