We are recruiting a b8a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist/CBT Therapist to work in Lambeth and across the Trust as required.</p>
<p>Our psychological workforce and the therapeutic modalities that we offer are a key part of delivering the ambitions of the NHS Long Term Plan. This post focuses primarily on delivery of perinatal psychological therapies for maternal mental health problems, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). There is a focus on coproduction, quality, supervision and ongoing audit and evaluation, keeping the experience of service users at the heart.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist or Accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist to provide psychological assessment and intervention to women, birthing people and their families in the perinatal period, as well as contribute to the multi-disciplinary team.</p>
<p>We would like to hear from those who have experience delivering psychological therapies in secondary care or within a MDT setting, and are proficient in delivering NICE concordant interventions for depression, anxiety disorders, psychosis and bipolar affective disorder.</p>
<p>You will ideally have experience of working with women, birthing people and their families within the perinatal period and / or a keen interest to develop knowledge and skills in this area. Specialist perinatal supervision will be provided and you will join a friendly and supportive team of specialist perinatal psychologists and psychological therapists.</p>



  <h3>About us</h3>
  <p>Perinatal Mental Health Teams (PMHTs) are secondary care mental health teams that specialise in supporting women and birthing people in the perinatal period (pregnancy through until 12 months postnatal) who have severe and complex mental health difficulties.</p>
<p>We assess and treat a range of difficulties including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, personality disorders and eating disorders. The service is designed to provide timely input to families to mitigate the impact of mental health disorder on the child.</p>
<p>We are a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatry, psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, and nursery nursing. The service works closely with maternity/obstetric services as well as other agencies (e.g., health visiting and social services). We have close links with the Mother-Baby Unit (MBU) in-patient unit at the Bethlem Royal Hospital.</p>

  <p>As an HCPC registered Allied Health professional, reporting to the Lead Arts therapist in your directorate, you will develop and provide specialist Arts Therapy to one patient/one ward using your own arts therapy modality (Art, Music, Drama or Dance Movement) within the Forensic Learning Disabilities and Autism (LDA) service.</p>
<p>As part of the ELFT Trust wide Arts Therapies you will work as an integrated and collaborative team member upholding the Trust values, 'We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive' and maintaining a holistic approach to promote effective functioning of the team and patient-centered care of service users.</p>
<p>As part of improving population health, improving access to therapies, preventative engagement and meeting service user needs, this post will be embedded on one of our Specialist Autism Medium Secure Service wards. You will not only deliver trauma informed specialist arts therapy but also support Psychology, OT and the wider MDT with co- produced and collaborative work. Experience of working with forensic and learning disabilities and autism is essential.</p>

<li>To plan, provide and develop specialist patient-centered Arts Therapies including assessment, treatment and evaluation of individual and group work using own Arts Therapies modality.</li>

<li>Manage and supervise allocated staff, including trainees</li>

  <p>The Child and Youth Wellbeing Team in Lambeth provides support for mild to moderate difficulties using evidence based guided self-help interventions to both parents and young people. This is an exciting time for the team as we are expanding and developing new ways of working, with a focus on developing links within the community. In addition to the low intensity face to face manualised interventions, the post holder will provide psycho education, specific groups and signposting of more complex cases. The team are also embedded within the wider Lambeth CAMHS service and CWP members have the opportunity to join meetings, reflective practice groups and clinical skills training with staff across Lambeth CAMHS.</p> <p>The Child and Youth Wellbeing Team consists of clinical service leads (job share), a CBT Therapist, a Recruit to Train Trainee CBT Therapist, 3 qualified CWPs and 2 Trainee CWPs. The team is part of a friendly and nurturing local CAMHS team, where there are good training opportunities with a supportive leadership team. Lambeth CAMHS has good links to local social care, education, and voluntary services as well as National and Specialist CAMHS and our teaching and research colleagues within KCL. The Occupational Therapy team are looking for a band 4 Occupational Assistant Therapy Practitioner (ATP) to be based at Kingfisher Court, Radlett to support the established OT service. This is an exciting opportunity for an independent and self-sufficient practitioner, who would like to help support people using our services to establish roles and routines, and interests whilst on the wards, as well as help identify occupational need.</p>
<p>We are looking for someone who is excited to become part of our team, who would like to help us take forward developments around trauma informed care, positive behavioural support planning and sensory integration.</p>

  <p><strong>Band 8a Practitioner Psychologist in Pain Management</strong>   This is an exciting opportunity to join the Enfield Pain Service (EPS) which serves patients who have a long-term pain condition e.g. chronic lower back pain, chronic widespread pain, fibromyalgia. The EPS is staffed by a supportive team of medical, physiotherapy and psychology professionals as we acknowledge that pain impacts a person's life in lots of different ways.   You'll be working under the supervision of a Consultant Clinical Psychologist to deliver psychological assessment and intervention (1:1 and group pain management programmes based on CBT/ACT/CFT) for this cohort of patients. You'll also be supporting the wider multidisciplinary team and liaising with relevant external community services e.g. Talking Therapies, MSK services, community mental health teams. As one of the senior clinicians in the service, you'll be managing and supervising other members of the EPS, leading on aspects of service delivery, evaluation and innovation, and taking on managerial duties to ensure the effective running of the service. Previous experience of working in Pain and/or Long-term Health Conditions is essential. Having additional training and experience in EMDR and PTSD would be advantageous.  Working in pain services can be incredibly rewarding, where psychology is highly valued, and you will develop your skills and experiences of working as a senior clinician and manager in a supportive team.</p>
