  <p>Warrington &amp; Halton Cardiac Rehab Team have maintained BACPR/NACR Green status for a number of years. We are part of the North West Cardiac Rehab Network, sharing best practice and training opportunities.</p>
<p>We see patients with varied diagnosis: MI, PCI, CABG, Valve surgery, Heart Failure, Heart Transplant, across two venues in Warrington and Halton. With a patient centred approach, helping them to achieve their goals. This could be to simply improve their breathlessness doing ADLs, right through to running a 150mile race...</p>
<p>We pride ourselves in leading by example and the team actively look to improve the service, through service developments and service improvements.</p>
<p>The role of the OT in the team, will be to bring their specialist skills to the MDT team, supporting patients through their Cardiac Rehab journey at numerous points.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Peer Support Workers have lived experience, and the knowledge gained from that 
experience, is the foundation of peer support, helping build connections between peer 
support workers and the people they work with. (PSW Competency Framework, 
2020). Peer Support Workers in MHM work alongside Recovery Workers and other 
staff, their role requires that they draw directly from their own experience of mental 
health difficulties or caring for someone who experiences mental health difficulties.</p>

  <p>Band 7 0.5 wte (2.5 days) 18.75 hours part time permanent post</p> <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Psychotherapist to join our established adult community Eating Disorders Team.</p> <p>The post is a permanent. You will be joining an experienced and welcoming Multidisciplinary Team which highly values psychotherapeutic work.</p> <p>We are very keen to attract the right candidates and consider locality working. This role will involve remote working/hybrid working options however there will be a requirement to work from the office on certain days to meet the needs of the service.</p> <p>Shortlisting Monday 17th November 2025</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Providing talking therapies to clients with Eating Disorders, providing supervision/training to other staff and acting as a part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team. They will carry a caseload of complex clients and be expected to be an important contributor in the team management of the most complex clients who present to the service.</p> <p>The successful candidate will undertake direct clinical work, supervision, consultation and contribute to teaching and service development as well as helping to consult and guide on client's psychological care, from a trauma informed perspective. The team are trained in different therapy models including CBT, CAT, EMDR and integrative therapy and you will be encouraged and supported to undertake further training.</p> <p>Previous experience of eating disorders is necessary. Clinical Psychotherapist - Eating Disorder Service

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>GMMH Health and Justice Services are looking to recruit a committed and compassionate Practitioner Psychologist or Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to work within the multi-disciplinary mental health team, which implements a stepped-care model of mental health and psychological care, within HMP Styal.</p> <p>We are seeking a full-time HCPC registered psychologist or BABCP accredited High Intensity CBT therapist to join the integrated mental health team, working alongside other psychological professionals including PWP staff, specialist psychological therapists, Practitioner Psychologists and an Assistant Psychologist. The post holder will provide assessment, formulation and medium to longer-term psychological therapy, to individual's presenting with common mental health difficulties of varying complexity, for which CBT has been demonstrated to be clinically effective. They will work closely with other professionals to support responsive step-up and step-down provision across the stepped care model and contribute to the wider formulation and understanding of presenting distress, including attending multi professional meetings to share formulations, treatment plans and progress.</p> <p>A prison environment can be a challenging place to work, we are seeking someone not only with strong clinical skills but also the ability to manage and respond to the dynamic needs of the team, the client group and the environment, to ensure that provision is accessible and appropriate.</p>

  <p>To complete detailed assessments, with the aim of developing collaborative, idiosyncratic formulations to understand an individual's mental health difficulties, emotional distress, complex personality presentations and trauma responses.</p> <p>To deliver evidence-based psychological therapy (CBT) to individuals who are experiencing psychological distress, through the application of knowledge and skills in assessment, formulation and intervention acquired through training, ongoing CPD and clinical experience.</p> <p>To implement a range of outcome measures to ensure ongoing evaluation of therapeutic delivery. </p> <p>To manage own caseload with support from the mental health psychology lead.</p> <p>To contribute to the multi-professional understanding of service-user presentation and support the development of a psychologically and trauma informed environment for the services-users to reside within. </p> <p>To co-facilitate cognitive-behavioural group interventions with support from other psychological staff, and evaluate effectiveness accordingly.</p> <p>To take an active role in the process of multi-disciplinary risk assessment and risk management, utilising relevant assessment tools such as the CRASP.</p> <p>To provide supervision to junior psychological staff, including Psychological Well-being Practitioners and Assistant Psychologists</p> <p>To contribute to the development and delivery of training to the mental health team and health partners, as well as for prison staff and other stakeholders.</p>

<p><strong>Your Day-to-Day</strong></p>
