We are looking for an experienced and passionate Suicide Bereavement Worker to work at our Surrey Support after Suicide Service.This is a Part time Role working 21 hours a week.&nbsp;Imagine being part of an organisation whose common purpose is to help those who are severely impacted by mental illness. <h2>Fully remote, full-time internship for aspiring clinical psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors.</h2>Our Clinical Psychology Internship equips aspiring mental health professionals worldwide with essential skills and practical client-facing experience, preparing them for careers in clinical psychology, coaching, psychotherapy, or counselling.Interns complete an intensive one-month crash course covering a toolkit of evidence-based techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). They then provide free online, one-to-one coaching to global clients who otherwise lack access to mental health care, initially promoting behaviour change (e.g., diet, sleep, reducing procrastination) and later progressing to clients experiencing depression or anxiety.<h3>About Overcome</h3>Overcome is a UK-registered charity (Charity Number: 1191308) providing online mental health coaching worldwide, particularly to underserved communities in developing countries. Counsellors&nbsp;on Placement provide emotional and therapeutic support to children and young people aged 4-18 in Place2Be partner schools. As an organisation that has adopted the BACP ethical framework of good practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, counsellors working within the organisation are dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of the children they work with.

 <li>Place2Be provides a high level of support to counsellors on placement through regular supervision, tailored training workshops and offers a well-recognised clinical placement*.</li>
 <li>We provide a comprehensive induction programme and clinical supervision is undertaken at the end of each day.</li>
 <li>We need you to be available for a minimum of one day per week to work in a therapeutic capacity with up to 3 children offering one-to-one counselling.</li>
 <li>Placements are term time only and run for one academic year. There are opportunities for you to stay with us beyond one year.</li>
 <li>You will have the opportunity to attend up to six optional workshops throughout the year which are recognised as continuing professional development time.</li>
 <li>Sessions spent with children are accepted as clinical hours towards professional accreditation, and are recognised by the BACP and UKCP.</li>
 <li>A placement is an excellent stepping stone into a job opportunity and career with Place2Be, over&nbsp;⅔&nbsp;of our clinical staff were once Counsellors on Placement.</li>
 <li>We have places available in our projects in both primary and secondary schools nationwide.</li>

*Counting your hours
All clinical hours gained on placement can be used towards accreditation with a body such as BACP and UKCP.  We are looking to recruit a Band 4 Infant Feeding Support Worker on a fixed term contract for 15 hours a week. The Maternity Care Unit consists of 40 beds. We work in close partnership with our transitional care unit which is also situated on the ward. UCLH is UNICEF Baby Friendly Accredited. You will need good communication skills, be able to function well as part of a team and be motivated to facilitate changes. We are seeking a capable and experienced infant feeding support worker to complement our existing team which is based on our busy postnatal ward. If you are looking to develop your career and postnatal care is your passion then this is fantastic opportunity. We require the post holder to be enthusiastic, and demonstrate the appropriate competencies for the role, working within the existing multidisciplinary team and have good communication skills on all levels. Previous experience and training in supporting breastfeeding is essential.
