  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and dynamic Dietitian to join our team of over 65 Dietetic staff at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.</p>
<p>We are seeking to employ a motivated and experienced dietitian to join our Critical Care Dietetic Team. The post is a permanent contract dedicated to the dietetic support of the Adult Critical Care patients at King's College Hospital (at the Denmark Hill site). You will be managed by the clinical lead specialist in Critical Care (Band 8a) and Critical Care dietitians (3.0 WTE Band 7) on supporting dietetic services for critically ill patients.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will have an opportunity to develop their clinical skills to provide specialist care for critically ill patients including:</p>
<p>Major Trauma,Neurosurgery,General Surgery, Spinal injuries, Neurology, HPB &amp; Liver, Cardiology &amp; Cardiothoracic Surgery, Respiratory Medicine, Orthopaedics, Haematology,Renal Medicine,General Medicine,Cystic Fibrosis.</p>
<p>Dietetics within Critical Care is a well-established service within King's. King's Critical Care is a world-class centre, one of the biggest in the country with 94 ventilated beds at the DH site. We have a brand new Critical Care Centre with 4 new state of the art Intensive Care Units. King's Critical Care is a dynamic service with MDT patient care at the heart of its service.</p>
  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This Band 6 0.8WTE Critical Care Dietitian post will be based at the Denmark Hill site.</p>
<p>The Senior Dietitian for Critical Care will be expected to work within a consultant led service and be responsible for the dietetic management of all patients within adult critical care, providing a comprehensive dietetic service to critically ill adult patients. This post will be supported by an 8a Critical Care Clinical Lead Dietitian and three Band 7 Critical Care Dietitians. The post holder will provide expert advice and guidance for other healthcare professionals. This involves attending ward rounds, meetings and to be actively involved with local strategic service planning groups. The Senior Dietitian for Critical Care will develop expertise in the complex management of all critical care patients and liaise with the critical care medical, nursing and MDT teams. The post holder will be actively involved with teaching of doctors, nurses and MDT members of critical care and also actively participate in dietetic and multi-disciplinary research and audit.</p>

  <p>We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, ambitious and motivated Rotational Senior Radiographer (Band 6) for Core Services Plain X-ray, CT and possible rotation to MRI. This Position will be based at St. Bartholomew's Hospital which is in the heart of the City of London- St. Paul's. </p> <p>Come and join our friendly and supportive team of Radiographers, where continuous professional development is encouraged. Some may exhibit anti-social or threatening behaviour. It is necessary to provide empathy and emotional support to the bereaved, terminally ill injured and traumatised.</p> <p>The service operates 24 hours a day 365 days per year.</p>

  <p><strong>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time, permanent, Band 6 Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to work in the Community Children and Young People's Service (CYPS) in the Northumberland team.</strong> </p>
<p>We welcome applicants who have experience working with children and young people although this is not essential. It is essential that applicants are registered as a Speech and Language Therapist and have previous experience working within a mental health, learning disability or neurodevelopmental setting and/or team. We are interested in appointing a dedicated and committed individual who can demonstrate their ability to engage and work collaboratively with others/partner agencies and understand complex systems in order to support effective pathways.</p>
<p>CYPS provide care, treatment and assessment for young people with complex, moderate to severe needs over the whole of Northumberland. </p>
<p>The multi-disciplinary team comprises a highly skilled and experienced workforce of consultant psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, psychotherapists, social workers, art therapists and support workers. The team are dedicated, compassionate and always put young people and their families at the centre of everything they do.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will provide specialist SALT assessment, intervention and recommendations for children and young people accessing these services. You will work as an integral member of the CYPS MDT and support the ongoing development of the SALT provision in the service.</p>
<p>You should have qualifications and experience relevant in this clinical field and work well as part of a close team and be able to work independently. You will liaise closely with fellow professionals to address communication difficulties as part of a holistic, service user centred service and be confident in providing high quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions and possess excellent communication and organisational skills as well as have the ability to work independently.</p>
<p>The post will be based at St Georges Park Hospital in Morpeth, Northumberland. You will be required to travel to other sites across the Trust as part of the role.</p>

  <p>We are looking for 12 month maternity cover to the Band 7 Senior Mental Health Practitioner role within the North Bristol CAMHS team.</p> <p>We are a service working withchildren and young people with complex mental health needs. We use the CAPA model of assessment and treatment, which would involve working with a variety of clinical presentations and needs, including: suicidal thoughts, low mood, anxiety, OCD and emerging psychosis, often alongside neurodiversity. We also have a lot of referrals for young people with disordered eating and diagnosed Eating Disorders, and there are opportunities to work within this clinic if this is something you are interested in.</p> <p>We are looking for a practitioner with a core professional registration, including registered nurses, social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, family therapists, art therapists and CBT therapists.</p> <p>North Bristol is an area of significant disparities in health, wealth and access. The trust has an enviable care pathways system which values Psychology, Psychotherapy and the Arts Psychotherapies. There are opportunities to train in DBT, CBT for psychosis, family interventions, CBT for personality disorders and structured clinical management.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p><strong>Variety:</strong> You will have the chance to work with a wide range of complex presentations including affective disorders, psychosis, and personality, and using a variety of methods and approaches. With assessments, individual therapies, group therapies, family interventions, MDT working, complex case meetings, indirect interventions using a Positive Behaviour Support framework, and supervision all part of the role, it's safe to say that no two days will feel the same! Many of our Psychologists in acute services find that the switching really helps to stay energised.</p>

The Youth Service, provides specialist mental health support for 14 - 25 year olds. In our service we support young people who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties. <p>The CYP services in Central Norfolk provide specialist mental health interventions to young people up to 25 in the central Norfolk area, as well as providing specialist intervention to Looked After and Adopted Children across Norfolk and Waveney. Currently the CYP services in Norfolk and divided into an under 14 CAMHs Service and a 14 - 25 Youth Service</p>

The successful candidate would primarily be based at our state-of-the-art healthcare facility- Surbiton Health Centre- and provide assessment and treatment for GP patients of the Royal borough of Kingston.
