  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a respiratory therapy assistant practitioner, you will deliver excellent patient care along a care pathway across organisationalboundaries. Your role will involve supporting your senior colleagues to deliver individualised treatment plans for patients with complexrespiratory conditions.You will work alongside your allied health professional colleagues to deliver our recently established symptom management programmein a 1-1 and group setting. Working for North Manchester CAMHS, you'll work with Children and Young People aged up to 18 years and who present with a wide range of complex emotional and behavioural difficulties.   <p>To assume responsibility for management of a defined caseload and exercise the highest standards of professional responsibility for the assessment, treatment and discharge of children, young people and their families/carers using specialist knowledge and evaluation of care programmes in collaboration with children, young people and their families/carers, liaising with and referring to relevant agencies.</p> <p>To participate in a duty rota including receipt and screening of referrals, obtaining further information if needed and responding promptly to emergency requests for assessments or contact, signposting, and advice.</p> <p>To undertake assessment of children, young people including risk assessment, gathering appropriate information their family/ carers and other relevant agencies</p> <p>To develop a formulation and plan for intervention with the child, young person and parents/carers. Communicate this to the referrer/other relevant professionals</p> <p>To offer therapeutic, evidence-based practiced, interventions in line with NICE guidelines.</p> <p>To implement, co-ordinate and regularly review further assessment and a range of therapeutic interventions, including risk management,</p> <p>To routinely monitor effectiveness of clinical work by use of Routine Outcome Measures (ROM)</p> <p>Ensure that the perspective of children, young people and families is incorporated into all aspects of assessment and treatment</p> <p>The role involves travel to other locations within MFT and within the local community.</p>

Education Mental Health Practitioner 

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are looking for 12 month maternity cover to the Band 7 Senior Mental Health Practitioner role within the North Bristol CAMHS team.</p> <p>We are a service working withchildren and young people with complex mental health needs. We use the CAPA model of assessment and treatment, which would involve working with a variety of clinical presentations and needs, including: suicidal thoughts, low mood, anxiety, OCD and emerging psychosis, often alongside neurodiversity. We also have a lot of referrals for young people with disordered eating and diagnosed Eating Disorders, and there are opportunities to work within this clinic if this is something you are interested in.</p> <p>We are looking for a practitioner with a core professional registration, including registered nurses, social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, family therapists, art therapists and CBT therapists.</p> <p>North Bristol is an area of significant disparities in health, wealth and access. <h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>As an autonomous practitioner you will play a key part in the delivery of high-quality service provision that promotes and improves the mental health and well-being of children and young people, their families and carers. Managing a complex caseload within the multi-disciplinary team setting, the post holder will provide a range of high-quality care appropriate to the child or young person's needs which will include full mental health assessment, risk assessment and management, family and social assessment, consultation and therapeutic interventions.</p>
<p>Within a systemic and holistic framework, you will undertake needs led, evidence based, highly skilled assessments and provide therapeutic interventions, ensuring this is done evidencing shared decision making and partnership working with children and young people, their families and carers.</p>
<p>You will provide advice, information, consultation and supervision within the service and externally within your specialist area.</p>
<p>As part of working together you will actively liaise with and support robust partnership working arrangements between the CAMHS team and community partners and other key stakeholders involved with the child across agencies that work within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health THRIVE framework.</p>
<p>This is a clinical post and the expectation of time management is the majority of time will be spent in actual practice.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To assume responsibility for management of a complex caseload and exercise the highest standards of autonomous professional responsibility for the assessment, treatment and discharge of children, young people and their families/carers using specialist knowledge and evaluation of care programmes in collaboration with children, young people and their families/carers liaising with and referring to relevant agencies as appropriate.</p>

Specialist CAMHS Practitioner/Clinical Psychologist

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>The role aims to improve the experience for our children and young
people (CYP) presenting with mental health problems who would otherwise have
seen a GP. In this role you will work as part of the South West London and St
Georges Mental Health NHS Trust and primary care team in Central Sutton PCN in
Sutton, providing support to GP practices for children and young people (CYP)
presenting with mental health problems. This support will include provision of
advice, education, support and psychoeducation to GPs CYP and carers through
consultation, advice and signposting.</p><p>You will also provide expert advice and education to primary care
staff across the 4 GP Practices in Central Sutton PCN. The post holder will be
an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team. You will have access to
appropriate clinical supervision and an appropriate named individual in the PCN
to provide general advice and support on a day to day basis</p>

  <p>Central Sutton PCN Sutton is looking to employ
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner under the additional roles
reimbursement scheme to work directly to support GP practices for children and
young people (CYP) presenting with mental health problems. This support will
include provision of advice, education, support and psychoeducation to GPs CYP
and carers through consultation, advice and signposting. This role will be
working autonomously, but will have the support of a multi-professional primary
care team made up of doctors, nurses, clinical pharmacists, physician associate,
health coaches, social prescribers and paramedics. You will have strong
experience and knowledge of working with children and young people (CYP) across
a diverse population. You will have excellent communication skills in
addressing and providing expert advice and education to the 4 GP Practices within
