  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Specialist Clinician &amp; Clinical Lead for Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) is responsible for delivering comprehensive assessments, risk management, and evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties. The role involves providing clinical supervision, consultation, and training to practitioners, clinicians, and trainees within the team, ensuring high standards of care and professional development. Operational management is a key aspect, including line management, service development, and collaboration with system partners and stakeholders to improve emotional wellbeing in educational environments. The post holder will work closely with schools, families, and partner agencies to develop and implement whole-school approaches to mental health, supporting sustainable improvements in wellbeing. Duties also include monitoring and reporting on clinical work, managing incidents and complaints, and ensuring compliance with legal, statutory, and strategic frameworks.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<li>You will be supported by an experienced Occupational Therapists and the rest of the team to carry out specific individual work and facilitate a range of activity group interventions.</li>
<li>You will need to be able to work independently with Service Users to support them in developing and expanding their roles and routines. Experience of running groups would be advantageous.</li>
<li>Regular training opportunities will be available to build your skills in these areas and we encourage people to apply for the Occupational Therapy apprenticeship which is run at the university of Hertfordshire.</li>

Senior Group Facilitator

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>This post is part of the Perinatal Psychological Therapies leadership team responsible for overseeing the Psychology provision in their patch. The Clinical Psychology team across the service comprises one band 8b Clinical Psychologist, band 8a Practitioner Psychologists, band 7 Practitioner Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists, Trainee Clinical Psychologists and Honorary Placement Students.</p>
<p>The post holder will actively contribute to the planning, development and evaluation of perinatal mental health services using advanced clinical leadership skills and knowledge to provide training and consultancy in clinical psychology within the specialty area of perinatal mental health. The post holder will be responsible for assessing and treating service users in Camden and Islington. 20% of their workload is expected to be management &amp; leadership and 80% will be clinical interventions. They are expected to hold a highly complex caseload.</p>

  <p><strong>The current post advertised is for 1 part-time (0.4wte), permanent role for Senior Perinatal Practitioner Psychological Therapist (BABCP accredited): </strong></p> <p><strong>Based in the East Team, with boroughs of responsibility Enfield &amp; Haringey.</strong></p> <p><strong>Important note: The successful candidate will be expected to build community links, referral pathways and provide clinical assessments and evidence based interventions both at their borough of responsibility and their team base.     <p>Clinical responsibilities include the provision of psychological assessments of referred clients, and the formulation and implementation of CBT informed psychological treatment and management plans for a range of problems of severity and complexity. The post holder will also provide psychological advice, guidance and consultation to other professionals, to assist in the formulation, diagnosis and treatment of clients in the perinatal period. They will participate in leading on the delivery and evaluation of psychological interventions within the service.</p>
<p>They will liaise with other health and social care staff, from a range of agencies, in the care provided to clients and be actively involved in teaching, training and supervision. This will include supervision of clinical and counselling psychologists, trainee clinical and counselling psychologists, and, where required, of assistant psychologists or other staff providing low intensity interventions, as well as specialist consultation on psychological therapies in the context of mental health to other staff within the service and to other health and social care staff working with the client group.</p>

Band 7 Highly Specialised Occupational Therapist

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>An exciting position has arisen for a psychologist or CBT therapist to join the Havering Early Intervention Psychosis Team for 6 months, fixed-term.</p>
<p>The post holder will join a well-established early intervention in psychosis service for people with a psychotic diagnosis and their families.</p>
<p>The post holder will join the EIP team, delivering CBT for psychosis with people aged between 14-65 who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis.</p>
<p>The post will suit enthusiastic psychologist or CBT therapist with an interest in developing their skills in applying evidence-based psychological therapies with this client group and working with multi-disciplinary teams.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will provide assessment and evidence-based interventions for this client group . The post holder will be expected to work closely with the multidisciplinary team and offer support on psychological approaches to working with psychosis.</p>
<p>The post holder will be expected to participate in supervision and CPD focused on evidence-based interventions in psychosis.</p>
<p>In addition, the post holder will receive individual supervision and group supervision in CBT for psychosis. The service has practitioners interested in Narrative Exposure Therapy, EMDR and Family Intervention for Psychosis amongst other approaches.</p>
<p>The Trust has strong links with the UCL, UEL and Royal Holloway clinical psychology courses, several Counselling Psychology courses and the UCL CBTp diploma. Current members of the department are engaged in teaching and research projects with local clinical training courses.</p>

All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.</p>  <p>High Cost Area Supplement</p> <p>This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,313 and a maximum payment of £5,436 per annum pro rata).</p>
