  <p>We are looking for a creative, forward thinking and motivated Psychotherapist or Arts Therapist to join our friendly and professional multi-disciplinary Emotional &amp; Behavioural (core) CAMHS Team based in Dunstable, within the South Bedfordshire Specialist CAMHS Service. </p> <p>This post will deliver a Psychotherapy / Arts Therapies service within Dunstable CAMHS. The post holder will offer flexible, evidence-based care, assessments and interventions, including specialist and generic CAMHS assessments and consultation to other clinical pathways within the Dunstable area (e.g. local CAMHS schools teams). </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This senior role will also have designated input into supporting wider clinical and management supervision for CAMHS Therapists. They will work with the South Bedfordshire CAMHS Lead for Psychotherapy / Arts Therapies to develop the discipline and contribute to the co-ordination and development of Dunstable area CAMHS trainees. They will liaise with colleagues in providing specialist training promoting the use of Psychotherapy / the development of recovery focused Arts therapies practice including co-produced approaches with experts through experience.</p> <p>The post holder will be supported by management and specialist clinical supervision and will attend monthly Psychotherapy / Arts Therapists meeting.</p>

  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join Bromley West ADAPT (Anxiety, Depression, Affective disorders, Personality disorders &amp; Trauma) a secondary care multidisciplinary service providing care for people living in the Borough of Bromley.</p> <p>You will have a passion for working in multidisciplinary teams supporting people with complex emotional needs, including histories of trauma, emotional regulation and interpersonal difficulties.</p> <p>You will join a dynamic and skilled Psychological Therapies Team comprised of clinical and counselling psychologists, cognitive behavioural therapist, art therapist, assistant psychologist, as well as trainees.</p> <p>The service offers a range of modalities including MBT (Mentalisation-based therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapist), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), psychodynamic psychotherapy, art therapy and MBCT (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy).</p> <p>The team also work closely with the wider MDT to provide Structured Clinical Management (SCM). New developments this year include the introduction of a Compassion Focussed Therapy Group, and a 'Coping with trauma' group to support individuals awaiting trauma processing therapy.</p>

  <p>The role involves a variety of duties including psychological assessments, individual therapy interventions, brief psychoeducation groups, longer term groups (up to 18 months). The service takes a teams approach, attendance and offering of a psychological perspective in MDT meetings.</p>

  <p>This post sits within the Children and Young Peoples Learning Disability Service within Mindworks at Surrey and Borders. The Children's LD Service is a Surrey County Wide Service, with 4 bases: Redhill Leatherhead Chertsey and Godalming. This post is being advertised as a development post, however if you have the relevant knowledge and experience for a Band 8a you are also able to apply.</p>
<p>The service is a friendly welcoming and supportive Team, made up of Nurses Psychology Music Therapy and Psychiatry along with Admin colleagues. There is a monthly Business Meeting and twice monthly clinical issues meeting, with a quarterly LD Forum.</p>
<p>The post holder will hold a case load of young people and provide appropriate interventions / support. This will include working with the family/ carers and wider MDT to ensure a consistency of approach. The post holder will also provide regular supervision to the AP based in the geographical area. They will be supported by the Clinical Psychologist in their development. Alongside regular supervision and appraisal with an identified development plan. The post holder will also contribute to the service ASD Pathway and any other pathways that are appropriate.</p>

  <p><strong>Operational Lead - MHST Clinical (or Family of) Psychology, Systemic Family Psychotherapy, Child Psychotherapy, Community Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, Art Psychotherapist or other core CAMHS profession registered with a governing body.</strong></p> <p>Bedfordshire CAMHS are excited to be recruiting into 5 posts for Band 8a Clinical Lead post (0.5 WTE) in each of our Mental Health Support Teams (MHST). The MHSTs are part of an exciting project funded by NHS England, Health Education England and partners with the aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in the community in response to the government's Green Paper for Young People's Mental Health. Bedfordshire &amp; Luton have been successful in having several MHST sites benefiting from significant investment in this area. This post is an opportunity to work with school staff and school cultures in developing school environments that are more conducive to supporting sustainably better emotional health and wellbeing. The main day to day focus of the role will be the clinical operational management of the MHST, whilst working alongside the Operational lead to develop and implement a wide range of interventions and projects within local schools and provisions.</p> <p>The posts are in Luton (based at Charter House) x 3 , Houghton Regis (based in Dunstable) x 1 Leighton Buzzard (based at Whicello Wharf) x 1</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for a confident CAMHS professional with a demonstrable track record of providing good quality evidence-based interventions, experienced in offering clinical supervision and improving service quality with a strong interest in service development. You will be either a Nurse, Social worker, Art Psychotherapist, Psychotherapist or Psychologist with the requisite professional registration.</p> <p>The community served is multi-ethnic and culturally diverse and we welcome applicants who are skilled at working with the richness and complexity of this multicultural context. You will also provide triage, mental health assessments, effective brief therapeutic support, group work and workshops to prevent moderate to severe mental health problems developing, using the Thrive model. You will be required to be flexible, and be able to travel across Bedfordshire.</p> <p>The post is embedded in the community, and you will have an attached base in Bedfordshire CAMHS, and be an integrated part of the CAMH Access Services multi-disciplinary services and the wider CAMH Specialist Service. You will need a relevant professional registration, with excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. You will need experience in working with children and families, preferably in a primary care setting.</p> <p>You will need to be able to operate confidently in an environment where IT is the main method of record keeping, communication and program management.</p>

You will also participate in weekly clinical discussions with the team.
